Time of Reading 3:40 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.

1. GC: You will have before you [1058], born Nov. 12, 1913, at 14 East 118th St., N.Y., N.Y. A Life Reading was given through this channel for this entity on Nov. 15, 1935. You will answer the questions she has prepared regarding her work and spiritual development in this life, considering that already given and her needs now.

2. EC: Yes, we have the information that has been indicated for this entity, [1058]; together with the warnings, the problems, and the conditions which confront the body at this time.

3. Again there would be given as this:

4. Know in what and in Whom ye believe, and know that the author of that ye believe is able to keep anything, any condition, any experience against ANY condition or circumstance that may arise in thy experience.

5. For, because of activities from the urges that are a part of the experience, be not led astray by those who would apparently make short cuts to understanding. There are no short cuts to righteousness, and the call is ever that as He gave, "A new commandment - that ye love one another," filling the whole purpose of His activity and lesson in materiality. The first was, "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy body, thy mind, thy soul - thy neighbor as thyself." This is the whole law. Grace is that ye love one another.

6. With these, then, as thy ideal, set to work to use that thou hast in hand of every nature to make same manifest in thy associations, thy dealings with thy fellow man.

7. Truth needs not justification but glorification. In self must come the answer. For the way may appear hard, and IS if ye walk alone - but with His promise, His purpose being thy purpose, the yoke becomes easy, the burden light.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Would a periodical as visualized by [954] and myself serve a real educational purpose for humanity?

1058-5 Page 2

(A) The visualization and the actualization are different problems, but if the purpose or desire is to fill that place in the experiences of individuals in the MANNER indicated above, WELL! If it is that some special self be projected, or some idea, without Him as the Ideal, not so well.

10. (Q) In view of the warning in my Life Reading about not using psychics to my undoing, is there any danger to me in such a venture? (A) IF self is constantly surrounded with that purpose, that desire to fulfill that He would have thee do, it is well. IF it is to lend self for those that are unnamed, Or having a name below, beyond or between HIS name, not so well.

11. (Q) Please elaborate what pitfalls in psychics I must avoid? (A) They that deny that He has come in the flesh, have naught to do with. They that profess and live not in their daily life that they profess, have naught to do with. They that are egotistical, self-centered, or of such that belittle ANYONE, have naught to do with.

12. (Q) Is talking about experiences one of the things meant? (A) Experiences (and this should be an infallible criterion) should be the result OF a life lived - NOT the purpose of the life experience!

13. (Q) Is there an indication that I shall obtain my expected advertising experience in such a publication? (A) It is possible - it is practical.

14. (Q) Would you suggest any other living arrangement as leading towards a fulfillment of my life plan? (A) Have the plan - then work the plan.

15. (Q) How can I bring into reality the love experiences that I want? (A) Let them be the result of living a lovely life, and not sought to be made or brought by any means.

16. (Q) Would a trip to Havana in September be a good vacation plan for me? (A) That should be determined within self, according to circumstances, environs, associations, contacts and the like.

17. (Q) What other plans should I make for a constructive summer? (A) Let them all grow OUT of a purposefulness - not AS that of satisfying or gratifying, but of giving.

18. (Q) Is it best for me to stay in my present job or am I due for a change in my chosen advertising field - and through what channels? (A) These will depend upon that which is eventually determined as to much of that indicated above.

1058-5 Page 3

As we find, let this be an outgrowth or a demand (that is, the change) by the needs in such fields or service.

19. (Q) Who are our necessary collaborators in the proposed publication venture? (A) Those who are SEEKING to use same are not always well. Rather if there would be sought that such a publication may serve in the many fields for the enlightenment to the many seekers, it would be much better. IF it would be so, then choose a collaborator such AS those in the Friends' group - in Camden, Philadelphia, Lancaster and the like.

20. (Q) Where or how will we locate them? (A) Hasn't it just been given?

21. (Q) What about Gayne Norton and Erese Ne Rae? (A) Not so well - unless their purposes are more in keeping with the principles indicated, and not by word of mouth but example.

22. (Q) Can you suggest a name for this publication which would appeal to the aspirations of the public? (A) This is the wrong approach. Not the ASPIRATIONS of the public is even that meant! The purpose should be to supply something here and there as to give an outlet for those who seek, and yet that gives hope and cheer and patience and kindness and love to ALL who seek. Such is not aspiration - such is rather that which would add or answer the LONGINGS of the many. As to such a name - pray over same, and let it be rather that which is the answer of what ye expect to do WITH same.

23. (Q) Will a broadside announcing the publication bring us the proper results in subscriptions? (A) Not unless there is much more added in those directions as have been indicated.

24. (Q) What are the selling possibilities of a Psychic Digest to be made up from the old issues of Psychic News letter? (A) These are very well! The possibilities here are very good.

25. (Q) What are the best channels for the placement of a Psychic Digest and at what date should it be put on the stands? (A) This should not be a continued thing, but a compilation of that which has been the RESULT of the efforts that HAVE BEEN made, see? and the sooner that it is done the better, of course. Placement should be through any of the channels where such

is a part of their regular activity.

26. (Q) Is there a Henry S. W. Hardwicke will and if so where can we find it? (A) We haven't Henry S. W. Hardwicke - save in purpose, - not in will.

27. (Q) What further steps should we take to obtain copyrights on Psychic News Letter? (A) If it is to be continued, you only need to go through the regular channels to file with the Library of Congress a copy of each publication, with the necessary fees for same.

28. (Q) What good selling outlets should we contact for Voices - Power Within - Your Psychic Heritage? (A) WE haven't such here.
