Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Michigan. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.

2. As we find, there are some changes in the general physical forces of the body since last we had same here.

3. While there were improvements in the general forces for a time, with the application and the use of the properties indicated there has apparently been more recently rather a reverting to the general weakness, the general debilitation that is felt by the body. With first some cold and congestion, and then some slacking in the applications that were indicated, and then a reverting to same again, we find these have not RESPONDED in the manners as first outlined.

4. For with the inabilities of a proper distribution of the energies or forces for assimilation through the glands' activities of the body, there has been a reverting to the old headaches, the general THUMPING feeling as experienced in portions of the body; general bearing down pains or feelings in the torso of the body and through the extremities, when there is the attempt of the body to make for exercising in any manner; a general feeling of swimming in the head, and a feeling of hot and cold flushes.

5. In the present, then, we would alter somewhat not only the applications of the various characters, but we would change somewhat in the properties to be added to the system for a greater and better activity, UNDER the present or existent conditions:

6. First, we would continue with the use of the active forces from the low electrical vibrations of the Wet Cell Appliance. But attach same in the present in this manner when used (and use about every OTHER day): The small anode or copper plate would be attached first, at the 4th LUMBAR center. The larger anode or nickel plate would be attached last (and should be more of a cup shape, or saucer shape, so that there is better contact - and a vacuum of a nature created under same), over the gall duct and a portion of the

umbilicus and lacteal duct area - or just opposite the navel TOWARD the right side, see? The attachments should be made for not longer than twenty to thirty minutes at each treatment.

7. We would also have the Ventriculin. But this should be taken NOW, as we find, (and with the properties that will be added) about ONCE each day; preferably just before retiring of an evening.

8. We would have the manipulative forces, osteopathically, about once or twice a week; and these would be applied specifically in the locomotory centers; that is, the lumbar and sacral, you see - in the 9th dorsal, in the brachial center, and the cervical area especially to the vagus centers from the 3rd and 4th cervical plexus. These, of course, are the specific areas, though there should be a GENERAL coordination - and with special reference to the limbs (lower limbs) and the feet; especially the bursae in the feet, that we may relieve those tendencies for the lack of the extremity circulation, both nervous and blood supply.

9. Then, we would have a compound prepared to be taken as a tonic, and as a stimulation to the eliminating and rectifying of disturbances in the circulatory forces - also the activity through the whole length of the assimilating forces of the body; as in the alimentary canal, activities upon the spleen, the pancreas, the gall duct, the caecum plexus, and the ileum areas and the drainages throughout the system - these will all be acted upon by the properties as compounded in the way and manner as indicated:

10. First, as a carrier, prepare:

11. To 2 ounces of Strained Pure Honey add 4 ounces of Distilled Water. Let come to a boil. Just as it has boiled, or turned over once or twice, skim off the refuse forces and set aside to cool. After it has cooled just a little bit, or sufficient that it is just WARM, add to same - IN THE ORDER NAMED: Elixir of Lactated Pepsin.............1/4 ounce, Essence of Wild Ginseng...............1/2 ounce, Essence of Indian Turnip...............20 minims, Essence (or Elixir) of Calisaya.......1/4 ounce, Tincture of Valerian..................1/4 ounce, Pure Grain Alcohol....................1/2 ounce. Shake the solution well before taking. The dose would be half a teaspoonful twice each day (following the meals, rather than before the meals), or three times each day if there is the tendency for the dizziness or the headaches.

12. Keep the body quiet after the treatments osteopathically, as well as after the Wet Appliance.

13. Keep these, then, and we will find we will bring greater strength, greater vivacity, greater activity for the body.

14. Do that.

15. (Q) What should be done for the constipation? (A) As just indicated, these properties taken - with the vibrations and with those other treatments as suggested - should overcome these conditions. If there are periods of the less activity than should be, then use an enema - with a saline solution.

16. (Q) How should the Essence of Wild Ginseng be prepared? (A) This is given in the pharmaceutic.

16. (Q) How should the Essence of Wild Ginseng be prepared? (A) This is given in the pharmaceutics.

17. (Q) The Essence of Indian Turnip? (A) The same. So, I guess you are making it right, else there would have been given other specific directions. We got the question at the end of this lady's reading, where the two ingredients were mentioned. She is in Detroit, but I think she'll send the prescription to you for filling. Sincerely, GD.] (See letters [which were enclosed] to Druggist and Osteopath.)
