Time of Reading 1:20 to 1:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Michigan. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1069].

2. As we find, there are still great anxieties; also there is the occasion, because of the general physical conditions, for the anxiety. Yet those suggestions that have been made for improvements, in their application have not as yet been of sufficient duration for their reactions to be either beneficial or of a detrimental nature to the body.

3. Hence, we will find that all of the system will be materially aided by the eliminations being set up through the alimentary canal; so as to take away such distraughtness there at times, produced by the pressures from gas, poor assimilation, the effect of disturbances indicated in the gall duct area by the lack of the proper eliminations - and pressures produced by gases.

4. Do not give the enemas too often, however, since there have been those applications that have caused an activity in the gastric flow of the stomach and the duodenum - and the emptying of same, by the increased flow of lymph to those portions of the system. Thus there has been caused a distending and a dilating more and more of the jejunum, causing the slowing of forces through the colon itself. But it WILL be necessary that these be given oftener than FIRST indicated - under the present conditions. Or, as we find, until the immediate condition has cleared itself, we would give the enemas once a week or oftener.

5. How soon will the condition clear?

6. It depends upon the ability of the active forces in the system to respond to the eliminations.

7. In the enemas we would use the Glyco-Thymoline in the last water, as an intestinal antiseptic - the proportions about a tablespoonful to a quart of water. For the first water, the saline solutions that have been used are very, very good. The manner in which these have been administered is very good.

8. In the matter of the rubs, then, or those applications that have been indicated for the body, these we would keep.

9. And when necessary for the use of sedatives to make rest, give same. But if these are withheld, or given earlier in the day, we find that the application of the Radio-Active Appliance would bring rest - if kept on for two hours or longer, if necessary.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) The colonics, then, should be just one a week in the present? (A) As indicated, to set a definite time to give the colonics to a body that is reacting in this manner (where there have been administered things not indicated from the first premise of reasoning) - or to say we would give a colonic on every Friday - might be VERY injurious to it! But there is the NECESSITY of keeping down gas formations, that pressures produce - and cause the unpleasant condition in the liver area or the activity of the gall duct, or the dizziness that occurs, or the headaches that occur. And it will be found that the dizziness and the headaches will dissipate with the use of the colonics. Hence those changes as indicated. Let these be rather used in accordance with the conditions as present themselves; and as being administered by a technician that understands the means, the use and the effect of same upon the system. As to the foods: Those that are the more easily assimilated are the better. Not too great a quantity at any time. Fresh vegetables, WHEN they can be assimilated, are well. Such as lettuce, celery, cabbage; ANY of those that the body will assimilate. But WHATEVER is taken, be sure it is well - WELL masticated; or else prepare it in such a manner that it may be. The flesh or meat that would be taken, let it be rather that which the body feels it would like to have. For, as we have indicated, the mental reactions of the body and its activities have been such that suggestions from others, suggestions from those that come about the body, often have their responses when the body is desirous of eating. Hence, not great quantities - but most any of the foods that the body would ask for would be well.

12. (Q) Can the body have fish? (A) If it so desires. But never any fried. Well, the body wouldn't ask for it to be prepared that way!

13. (Q) What other meats, if any? (A) Lamb. A little beef. Fowl. Whatever the body

desires, as indicated.

14. (Q) Is the gall bladder affected? (A) As we find in the present, ONLY sympathetically. Hence the necessity, as indicated, for removing pressures that might cause an involvement of this in the conditions.

15. (Q) What is causing the weak spells? (A) As indicated.

16. (Q) Should the pills as given at night to make the body sleep be continued? (A) As indicated, if these are rather reversed it would be better. That is, we find that if the Appliance would be used at the periods for rest, it would make for more rest and more normal rest. But so long as there is anxiety, under the direction of the physician use sedatives. As we find, narcotics are more detrimental than hypnotics. But let this be rather at the discretion of the physician.

17. (Q) Any other advice for this body? (A) Keep the mental attitude as has been indicated.
