Time of Reading 4:40 to 5:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Michigan. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1077].

2. Now, as we find, conditions are very good in the physical forces of the body. Yet here we find those conditions the correction of which in the present, as we find, would prevent disturbances later on and also remove some of those distresses that arise at times in the manner of the circulation in portions of the system. Thus those pressures would be relieved that produce disturbances in the extremities, or arm, and in a portion of the side - or as related to the coordination between the eliminating systems of the body.

3. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body-physical, [1077], we are speaking of, present in this room:

4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find the indications of how pressures arise from an engorgement in the colon area, where indications are seen in a portion of the caecum or the transverse and the ascending colon area.

5. Here we find the tendencies for the lack of proper eliminations. Through the alimentary canal there are periods of the activity, but the tendency for the non-activity of the body in certain directions. While the body mentally and physically is sufficiently active, this portion of the system has become rather inactive. Hence a tendency for a lagginess, or the lack of proper eliminations.

6. Hence we find those inclinations produced for the pressure upon the nervous systems in such a manner that neuritic conditions, or toxic forces and pressures, prevent the activity of the circulation; causing a slowness of the circulation through the extremities.

7. Thus the elimination in the present of those conditions which are gradually being brought about would make for

1077-1 Page 2

better coordination and thus alleviate such tendencies; preventing a greater disturbance either in the digestive forces of the body or the deeper circulation as related to the arterial in its activity.

8. IN THE NERVOUS FORCES OF THE BODY, much might be said as respecting the mental abilities, mental efficiencies, mental activities of the body, as related to the whole of the physical AND mental relationships.

9. These at times make for anxieties to the body, that bring about languidnesses that cause the body to tire under the stress of the toxic forces.

10. Hence these anxieties, with physical forces contributing to the condition, make for the reactions in the sensory forces of the body - as to become to the nervous system that of a tiredness and a languidness.

11. Yet the very energies, the very mental efficiencies of the body, induce the activities in such a manner that - unless changes are made physically, and the anxieties relieved - we will bring greater distresses to the physical reaction in the nervous system.

12. For while the activities of the nervous forces of the body in the present coordinate very well, considering the whole of disturbed forces in the body, these - to be sure - can or will bear only to such an extent - and then become distraught in their ability to react nominally.

13. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, considering the general mental and physical activities of the body, these are very good.

14. The flow through the sensory system makes for an acuteness in vision, hearing, speech, taste, and especially in discernments as related to the relationships of the sensory forces to physical activity.

15. Hence, as we find, only when there has been some distress through the nervous force and the inclinations as indicated, do these in the present cause any anxiety.

16. The throat, bronchi, lungs, larynx - these are near normal in their reactions.

17. Heart's activity - this becomes, through toxic forces, at times sympathetically reactory; as the nervous forces of the body are in a condition that may become a contributory disturbance, under stress, as indicated; though in the present normal.

18. In the digestive forces of the body - here we find those conditions where at times, through anxiety, if the body does not adhere to that which has been made a principle in its own activity, greater distress might be experienced. For these in the present function very well.

19. In those areas as indicated, then, do we find the causes of any anxiety from the physical forces.

20. AND IN MAKING CORRECTIONS FOR THESE IN THESE PRESENT, THEN, AS WE FIND, under stress and strain we would suggest that the body use some period for relaxation, and for a hydrotherapy work out - once a week, for certain periods or activities; then a rest period, and then again.

21. With the general changes that come in the associations and in the activities through such experiences, these would be those channels that we would give as the better activity for this body, [1077].

22. Not medication; not vibrations; not other than the increasing through the activities of the body, under stress that makes for the movements of those portions of the organisms that are not exercised sufficiently; that is, the abdomen, the locomotories through the lumbar area.

23. And as these stresses are removed, then nature - or the body itself - will respond to those changes brought by same.

24. Ready for questions.

25. (Q) In following this outline for a general work out, is there any specific work out that should be stressed? (A) As indicated, that which makes for an exercising of the muscular forces of the abdomen; especially in the right portion; and that which makes for greater eliminations through the alimentary canal - in the present.

26. (Q) Where should he go for these treatments, or work outs? (A) To a hydrotherapist, as indicated. As we find, this would be that most desired.

27. (Q) Any specific exercise? (A) As indicated, that of the nature that exercises the abdominal muscles - and those tending to make for the relief of pressures as naturally caused by the activities that have been indicated, that make for sedimentary activities in the ascending or the beginning of the transverse colon.

28. (Q) Would this include irrigations? (A) Not necessarily, if these suggestions are followed in the present. The general massage that would be given after a work out should be sufficient to remove such toxic forces. However, if the pains continue in the side - or if there are the recurrent conditions in the arm - then the irrigations or colonics OCCASIONALLY would be beneficial. But, as we find, with these work outs begun, there should be little further disturbance with these. Do these. As to those anxieties of the body mentally, HOLD FAST to

that thou hast purposed in thine heart - to do good unto others. For in so doing does the body, the mind, find that mental and spiritual relaxation that brings the satisfying of the inner self - that needs ever to be stimulated to the spiritual activity.
