Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:25 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1079]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, conditions are very good throughout the physical forces of the body in the present. And the body only needs to keep those precautions necessary as related to diet, the regular activities of the body physically and mentally, to keep near to physically fit.
4. We would not give other than that general precautions be kept in regular order, then, in all these manners for the body.
5. Ready for questions.
6. (Q) Give condition of left breast and suggest any change of treatments necessary. (A) We would not change. Keep those things suggested in their regular order and manner.
7. (Q) Should the treatment for gall bladder indicated in last Reading be continued? (A) Only if there is any activity that suggests stoppages in the area in any manner. Be precautious about fried foods and too much combination of starches.
8. (Q) What was the cause of the so called infection of the left eye? and has it been sufficiently taken care of? (A) Arising from foreign particles that irritated the iris, and as we find the cause has been removed.
9. (Q) Is there any infection in the gums? (A) There is only needed a massage at least once or twice a week with a combination of salt and soda. This will keep the gums in good order.
10. (Q) What causes the soreness and distress in lower left pelvic region?
1079-5 Page 2
(A) This is a passing condition, and unless there is more acute or greater disturbance we would not bother with same. Keep the eliminations well, and sufficient activity to have a good action through the respiratory and perspiratory system. These as we find will aid in keeping the best balance.
11. (Q) Should the same fumes be continued, the iodine and witchhazel alternated, and how often? (A) These we would not continue until there has been a great deal of change in the activity of the respiratory and perspiratory system. We would not use same except very far apart, unless the body doesn't perspire any more! But give those activities a chance to work of themselves, by keeping active in the open more - so that there will be a better perspiratory and respiratory activity.
12. (Q) What should be done to correct occasional pain and sour stomach after eating? (A) Be more precautious about the meals.
13. (Q) What would be the correct diet? (A) A normal, balanced diet, but keeping away from any quantities of grease or fried foods or combinations in starches. Have plenty of fresh and raw and cooked vegetables, fruit and the like; these are the best for the body.
14. (Q) Would it improve my health to sell our house and move to the country? (A) Depends upon what the activities would be when you moved to the country! If you sit down, it won't be very good! If you work outside, it would be fine!
15. (Q) Any further suggestions? (A) Keep that mental attitude of constructive thinking toward self and others. These, of course, are part of the regular activity and keep the body in a better physical condition.
