1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, giving the conditions you find at the present time, with suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1079]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, when compared with that as we have had before, conditions are much improved. And so long as there is the adherence to those suggestions which have been made, the body finds itself keeping in a much better attitude, and the general reactions over the body much better.
4. But if the body becomes sorry for itself, or wishing something else would happen, then there are those reactions or tendencies for the reverting to that upsetting of those disturbances which have been indicated.
5. Keep, occasionally, a good hot shower followed by one just as cold as can be stood, and then a thorough rubdown; keeping good eliminations, and we will find we will keep better conditions.

7. (Q) Has the conditions in the left breast become worse; if so, what treatment would be necessary? (A) As we find, only the use of the Cocoa Butter rubs; not bruising, but gently rubbing same, and watching the diet, keeping away from too much grease, this will improve. It is not worse.
8. (Q) What caused the soreness and distress in the center portion of back and ribs? (A) The lack of proper eliminations. Hence we would increase these a little. This may be done best, we find, by the use of the Upjohn's Citrocarbonates; a heaping teaspoonful in a glass of water taken of morning, before any meal is taken, each day for at least ten days or two weeks. This will help the whole of the elimination and the general conditions of the body.

9. (Q) What causes the so-called high blood pressure? (A) The plethoric conditions in a portion of the colon. Thus the increasing of the eliminations will bring much improvement.
10. (Q) What causes the little irritated spot in corner of my right eye, that comes and goes? How may it be eliminated? (A) If you have a good cry most of it would be eliminated! But you get too mad too quick at times! This is a clogging in one of the ducts here to the eye. Bathe this with Lavoris or Glyco-Thymoline, warm - not hot but warmed. This will aid. But do take the Upjohn's Citro-carbonates for this body, - it will be much better for all of the conditions.
