1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before, [1083].

2. As we find, while conditions have changed somewhat, there are still those inabilities for the proper activities through the locomotory forces of the body, owing to the inattention of those through the distresses in the iliac, sacral and lumbar area - and through the limbs also.

3. Then, the application of the massages that have been indicated SHOULD have been made - for the improvements of the conditions with this body. Now, first, it would be more preferable to RELAX the condition in the sacral and the lumbar area with the low HEAT - or the electricity of the low form, as from the Infra Red Light. This would so alter those activities of the circulation that the HEALING portions in the blood stream may be so tempered or intensified as to make for the better coagulation in the portions of the structural body. Also it would allow the activity of the muscular and tendon forces through the portions that have been disturbed by the injury to other portions of the limbs; as in the arms and the legs themselves.

4. Thus we would bring the better conditions for this body.

5. Follow along that line.

6. Just before the osteopathic manipulations are given, then, RELAX the body thoroughly - ESPECIALLY in those areas indicated - with the use of the Infra Red Rays. This should be the DEEP therapy; NOT a Sun Lamp, not a Carbon Lamp only - but the regular or direct cycle for the Infra Red Ray, that is more inter-penetrating, that gives to the effluvia of the circulatory forces the ability to prevent the improper coagulations or the improper setting of tissue through all portions of the circulation. It will aid in those places where healing has not been accomplished, and yet make the proper corrections where tensions have been set

up in the sacral and the lumbar area.

7. Do that.

8. We are through for the present.
