Time of Reading 4:15 to 4:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.
2. As we find, the conditions are improving. While these apparently are slow in their reaction, it was indicated that such would be the case, due to the very nature of the disturbances. For the muscular forces and tendons are involved such that they do not perform their functions properly, and there has been almost an anchoring in the ligaments along locomotory centers. But these are showing an activity; slow, it is true - but, as indicated, this MUST of necessity be a slow progress, especially in the first periods of these applications. For if these were overtaxed or broken loose it would make for disturbances, rather than allowing full movement in the locomotory centers.
3. We would, then, make some changes.
4. However, we would continue with the rub. In making the application of the rub, though, make this more on the LEFT side, in that portion of the lower LUMBAR plexus. While this is opposite to the limb that is worse disturbed, or disturbed the more, the nerve plexus cross in the lumbar area. Hence this should be the side where there would be MORE or a STRONGER application. Extend same along the full length of the sciatic nerve, as well as that along the inside of the limb, and to the feet and through the bursae of the feet.
5. We would add with this, three times each week, a deep electrically driven vibration; using the cup applicator of the vibrator so as to stimulate the circulation to the OUTER portion as well as making same deep enough so that there will be an ENLIVENING of the tendons and the circulatory forces and muscular forces along the whole of the lower limbs and also extending from between the shoulders and even to the middle of the neck; or from the collar bone down, but particularly along the brachial center, or that area just between the shoulders, that area in the 9th dorsal (just

opposite the stomach or the navel, along the spine, you see), and in the lower lumbar and across the sacral area. This should be done at home, for at least twenty minutes; not tiring the body out, but about three times each week. Preferably give this just before retiring. If this comes at the same period when the rub is made, it does not matter; but it should be given BEFORE the rub is applied.
6. In the matter of the diet, keep to those things that tend to be more and more Alkalin. No hog meat at ANY time, save at times a little breakfast bacon may be taken, or the internal organs of such an animal. If meats are taken, let them be lamb or fowl, and fish occasionally.
7. Do this.
8. Then we would give, after sixty days, further instructions.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) Does the body at this time seem to be much improved? (A) There are times when improvements are a great deal more than at others. This is an indication of an improvement, but - as given - it is necessarily, from the very nature of the disturbance, a slow process - but a sure one.
11. (Q) Any further advice? (A) Keep those applications as given for the period, and then we would give further instructions.
