Time of Reading 3:15 to 3:35 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Michigan. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1086].

2. As we find, disturbing conditions in the physical forces of the body have to do with the eliminations - and the effect this has had upon the general system. And then the applications that have been made have produced other disturbing conditions for the body.

3. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [1086].

4. THE BLOOD SUPPLIES, these indicate the manners or the causes of the first disturbances which arose.

5. Owing to the high pressure as indicated, the toxic forces are carried in the blood. And there are the tendencies towards a deeper circulation than for the general or normal superficial circulation. And the tendencies for weakness by overexertion or by normal exertion, and tendencies for the lower limbs or extremities to have that inclination for numbness or lack of circulation, or become as tingling sensations when the body sits or rests a long period, or at times some particular position apparently will cause the same; making for a tendency for lethargy throughout the system.

6. IN THE NERVE FORCES, as has been indicated by the very nature of the disturbance in the circulation, this becomes rather benumbed at times, and at others it becomes very much alive to those conditions about the body - or extremes in the nerve reaction. Excitements will at times cause an increased circulation. And this becomes hard, to be sure, upon those conditions in the heart's activity.

7. IN THE ORGANS THEMSELVES OF THE BODY, in the sensory forces, the natural pressure causes a disturbance in the organs of the sympathetics or of the sensory system through the sympathetics; as the roaring in the head and ears, at times the burning in the eyes after the body has felt the inclination to rest. And the bad tastes in the mouth at

times. These are the effects of these disturbances to the sensory forces, or the organs of same.

8. Throat, bronchi, lungs, larynx, at the present show some irritation. But if there is kept a more alkaline condition in the system this should pass away.

9. Heart's activity, owing to those administrations that have made for the tendency to keep down the pressure, has engorged the organ itself. And unless altered or changed, this may eventually produce a disturbance that may be hard to deal with; or a disturbance of the circulation between the liver, the heart, the lungs. For this engorgement produces this slowing of the circulation to the superficial. And while relieving pressures at times, it will naturally be a disturbing factor.

10. Digestive forces are rather irregular. These at times, while the body may have a good appetite - at others the fullness that occurs causes a depression and a hard condition upon the organs of assimilation.

11. In the colon area do we find the first causes, or those inclinations and those conditions existent where there is an engorgement of the colon itself. And the fecal forces that have been as accumulations are the cause of the toxic forces as indicated in the circulation. And also the tendency for an increasing of the circulations for the prevention of too great a pressure in the blood supply. But these may be relieved, as we find, so as to reduce the blood pressure; not too quickly, but gradually cleansing of the colon in such measures that there may be the ability of the system to assimilate properly.

12. And by the manipulative forces as to regulate the coordination of the activities of the cardiac plexus with the secondary cardiac plexus and the liver and the eliminations.

13. These would gradually bring about a much nearer normal condition, and making for the less distress being gradually builded in the system.

14. Necessary, to be sure, in the beginnings, that there be those properties taken - as there have been - for the activity of the circulatory system. But if the colonics are taken regularly, these properties may gradually be eliminated. Do not make for too great a colon evacuation at once, but gradually decrease that tendency for a prolapsus in the lower portion of the colon area itself.

15. With the equalizing of the pressures from the cerebrospinal system centers to the organs as indicated as disturbed, these would bring a much better condition.

16. Do not engage in too violent exercise. Take conditions,

1086-1 Page 3

surroundings, rather slow, easy, until this pressure has been reduced - until the circulatory forces are nearer normal.

17. Also we would add every day or two the Radio-Active Appliance for equalizing the superficial circulation. The attachments, of course, would be to the opposite extremities - as the body rests.

18. These would bring, as we would give, better conditions for this body, [1086].

19. Ready for questions.

20. (Q) How often should the colonics be given? (A) In the first month about three. Then the next about two or three, and then gradually decrease - unless there is the tendency for the accumulations to produce a higher blood pressure.

21. (Q) Any special solution preferable for the colonics? (A) A salt and soda solution is preferable, but be sure there is an alkaline antiseptic used after each colonic.

22. (Q) What should I do for relief of pains in the shoulders? (A) As we find, if the sources of these toxic forces are relieved, then the adjustments or equalization made, these will disappear. When these are acute, the use of an eliminant - and hot Epsom Salts Packs - will relieve same. Manipulations or adjustments should be rather in periods; three week periods, two, three times a week. Then a rest period of two to three weeks, and then again. Do these.

23. (Q) Please outline specific diet, if necessary. (A) Keep away, of course, from those things of too great a quantity of starches. Keep rather those that are of the leafy vegetable nature, than the dried. Any of those conditions that tend to make for constipation are hard upon the system. This is a general rather than a specific outline, for these have been indicated for the body.

24. (Q) Is the dizziness and shortness of breath and exhausted feeling after walking, from the high blood pressure? (A) From that as has been indicated; the high blood pressure. Do as we have indicated.
