Time of Reading 12:05 to 12:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ky. (Body and enquiring mind. Questions regarding mental and physical activity.)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [1089], this we have had before.
2. As we find, in the general physical forces of the body there are shown TENDENCIES towards SOME improvements. There should be kept a CONSISTENT application of those influences that have been indicated for the mucous membranes of the head and throat; and NOT use them AS rote!
3. For, as we have indicated, there is within the innate forces, the innate developments of the soul-forces of the ENTITY, that wherein the entity may ITSELF become a healer; and one with the abilities to arouse within its fellow man the consciousness that IS the true and all-healing influence in a physical body.
4. Then, USE and APPLY same upon SELF!
5. For it, the influence, is innate - and seeks manifestation. That it approaches, it appears to self in varied forms or manners - whether in that which may be classed or determined in self as being constructive, or even DETRIMENTAL to the influence of the body or the mind - is not to be wondered at.
6. For what is bad? Good gone wrong, or something else? It is good MISAPPLIED, misconstrued, or used in a SELFISH manner - for the satisfying of a desire within self.
7. And so is sin, so is illness; a lack of at-onement with a COORDINANT, COOPERATIVE force of a LIVING influence that may - through THIS entity - become such a marvellous force for good, for a channel of manifestation of GOOD among its fellow man.
8. The LORD is willing. Art thou, then, willing to accept and be guided, and be directed, by that influence in thy experience?
9. How, then, would ye seek to know?
10. For thou art not in error, but rather in the slough of

doubt, of fear. And as the mental self seeks to justify its activity in any direction - and seeks excuses, what is thine?
11. That thou art not understood, or that others do not understand? WHY? Hast thou told it to Jesus? HE knows; He understands! And if He understands, then what care ye? Or dost thou consider what others think, rather than what He may give thee day by day?
12. In thy material applications, seek ye FIRST the LORD WHILE HE MAY BE FOUND! For He is ABOVE price - whether of body, of mind, or even purse. But know that thou art His and He IS THINE, and that He beareth witness WITH THEE! not only in that ye think but that ye DO to thy fellows, thy neighbor - yea, to thy foe! to those that despitefully use you, that say all manner of hard things about you! Did they not the same about Him?
13. Ye say, "This is generality - and not to me, but to anyone." Behind what are ye hiding? Thine own conceit, that you are different? No different from any other soul, seeking - and if thou art found worthy thou may occupy even a seat of glory; for thou wilt make thy body, thy mind, a means, a WAY, an expression of His glory!
14. Shall you return to school, to home, to self, to what?
15. Rather SEPARATE self from home, from school, from thy surroundings. PROVE thyself WORTHY of a channel through which He may speak! For until He, thy Savior, thy Christ, hath confidence and patience in thee, hast thou aught in thyself?
16. PROVE thyself! For He IS WITHIN thee!
17. Return to school or to associations only AS thy determination is made as to whether thou wilt fulfillthy abilities, or be caught upon the flood of circumstance - and dabble here, and dabble there, and be dissatisfied ever, and finally come to the conclusion, "There is nothing in anything" for there's nothing in self!
18. Ready for questions.
19. (Q) In order to undertake the mental readjustments necessary for my development, would it be advisable for me to return to school or stay out for a time? (A) This must be determined, as indicated, IN self! First, as we would give: How hast thou seen? Consider a moment. When the spirit of purpose, of understanding, entered into thy Ideal, thy Master, did He continue in school; did He continue among the walks of men? or did He SEPARATE himself to KNOW himself; being able then to withstand the wiles of the devil and the

besetting things that came about? Art thou stronger than He? Dost thou consider that the ways of the world, the satisfying of the appetites of the body, or what people will say, are of more import or importance in thy experience than to prove thy self?
20. (Q) If I stay out, how can I best employ myself during this period, considering both mental and financial adjustments? (A) What is it thou fearest in thyself? What people will say, or what ye will find by looking within self? Best to separate self, as we have given. If thou canst separate thyself in the manual labors, fine! If thou canst separate thyself by appealing to those closest in nature, fine! But CHOOSE! For, as has been given of old, "There is this day set before thee life and death, good and evil - Choose thou!"
