Time of Reading 3:35 to 3:50 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Long Island, N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
2. Now, as we find, there are disturbances in the better physical forces of the body. These, we find, are produced from congestion in the lacteal duct centers; or from those areas in same where there are produced at times those incoordinations that bring about the paroxysms of the tittering or jittering of the nerve forces - that produce disturbances for the better physical functioning.
3. In some respects, as we find, these are better than they have been in the past.
4. Those applications are well, as made in the correcting of those centers in the lumbar - and the coordinating between the central portion of the nervous force and the superficial activity, through the coordinating in the cervical areas with the activities in the rest of the body. But we would relax more those centers from the coccyx END of the spine, with the breaking up of the lesions in the area about the lacteal duct center.
5. As we find, these lesions - or their breaking up - would respond the more readily by the use of the Castor Oil Packs, or the massages WITH the Oil in these areas; that is, through the lacteal duct, that is just below the liver to the caecum area; from the back portion of the liver to the umbilicus plexus, all along the right side.
6. Then, continue with the application of the adjustments for periods of two, three, four weeks; with a rest period of two to three weeks, and then continue with the whole applications again.
7. We find that the body would not only respond, but that the general development, the general eliminations, the activity of the blood supply in making for the better coordination, would be brought about in the physical forces of this body.
8. The impoverishments for the blood supply arise more from
1090-1 Page 2
the inability of the lacteal ducts to absorb or to take from the bodily functionings in assimilation that as digested.
9. Hence we find those periods when there are the greater disturbances with the eliminations through the colon area, these make for the greater disturbances in the physical and mental coordination through the activities of the secondary forces to the deeper circulation and the superficial circulation - both in the blood supply and nerve supply.
10. We would follow, then, those directions as indicated; either with the Castor Oil Packs or with the RUBS or the massaging of the Oil INTO that area. The massaging would require, however, four to five to ten to fifteen to twenty minutes at a time - massaging in the whole area; not too severe. And it will be found that the tendencies for the adhesions and lesions in these areas may be broken up in this way and manner.
11. It is best that the Oil be heated, not too hot, but so it may be handled in the hand - and massage all the body will absorb into the body. Do this every period when the adjustments or the treatments are given, you see.
12. In the matter of the diet, keep to those things that are body and blood building; those that are easily assimilated, and those that make for the changes as necessary for better eliminations through the alimentary canal.
13. These, as we find, will bring the better conditions for this body.
14. Ready for questions.
15. (Q) Should the massage be with the Castor Oil? (A) With the Castor Oil, as just given. Either the Packs of Castor Oil or the Rubs with same.
16. (Q) If the Packs are used, how often? (A) Be used in the same way and manner, except the Packs would require from thirty minutes to an hour; while the Rubs may be given five, ten, fifteen to twenty-five minutes - with the hand.
17. (Q) What brought about the congestion that caused this condition? (A) An astringent in the internal or interior forces of the body itself (not exterior, in this particular condition).
18. (Q) How long will it take to correct this condition? (A) Depends upon how long the applications are made and how THOROUGHLY they are made! As given, give these for three to four times in periods of two, three, four weeks at a time, with a rest period of almost an equal time, if we would bring the NORMAL forces!
19. (Q) Any advice regarding diet? (A) As just indicated.
