Time of Reading 8:50 to 9:00 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1099].

2. As we find, there are disturbing conditions at times; yet we find that if there would be what are apparently minor changes, a great deal of help may come to this body.

3. The disturbing factors, as we find, are those that arise from mental disturbances by being athwarted in the desires, the activities.

4. This combined with the lack of the proper distribution of that assimilated, and the disturbed circulations, brings about periods when there is melancholia, when then there is the disturbance from the inability to rest. And then through these disturbances there are conditions that make for not what would be termed wholly or completely a hypochondriac reaction; but the absorbing, the taking on of the disturbances that arise about the body.

5. And these being taken advantage of in some quarters, through those very activities for the body, brings about the greater portion of the disturbing forces as we find them in this body.

6. If there would be rather a setting out, as it were, of the periods of application of the self to constructive thinking, constructive acting, constructive arrangement of the whole time, we would find that then - adding those influences that may be had from the use of the Plain Radio-Active Appliance, used each day when the body rests in the afternoon (not night) - this would bring for the body a change in the whole outlook upon life; and making for corrections in many of the disturbing factors that do arise in the mental and physical factors in the bodily functioning.

7. These, then, we would do.

8. When these have been used for a period of thirty to sixty days, then we may give those changes that would be necessary. For at these periods, too, there should be the periods when there would be constructive reading or thinking

along spiritual lines.

9. Ready for questions.

10. We are through for the present. Copy to [1113] " " Ass'n file (1/9/36 GD's notes: See article [which was enclosed] [1800-24, Par.
