1. EC: Yes - 982 - That's a very nice place!

2. We have the body, [1100]; this we have had before.

3. Improvements are still indicated in the body, and as we find if there are the precautions taken, not too soon beginning to overtax the body, the body should continue to be on the improve.

4. Be in the open often, but not too long a period in the sunshine at a time. Take it rather gradually.

5. Have the osteopathic adjustments to aid the body in keeping its equilibrium; once or twice a week, or one week once, the next week twice - unless there are the feelings of dizziness or heaviness about the body.

6. Not necessary, of course, if taking the sunshine, for the electrical treatments.

7. Do not take too cold a baths nor yet too hot, see?

8. But in the matter of the diet, just stay more to the fruits and vegetables of the surroundings.

9. These with the general precautions as indicated, we should find should keep the bettered conditions.

10. If there is the tendency for the upsetting of the stomach, we will find it will aid in keeping the alkalinity if Upjohn's Citrocarbonate (the effervescent soda) is taken. This as we find is the better.

11. The Charcoal Tablets are very well, and only take them when necessary to keep down those tendencies for gas formations, see?

12. As a laxative, if it becomes necessary - because of the constant use of the Charcoal as an absorbent - use Castoria. These are the more preferable properties under the existent conditions. But if there are the proper precautions as to the fruit juices and not too much of the starches, these (the eliminations) should more and more adjust themselves.

13. Ready for questions.

14. (Q) Should the Atomidine be resumed and how taken?

1100-14 Page 2

(A) As long as in the salt air and sea foods are taken, do not take the Atomidine. However, it may be used as a spray if there is the tendency for congestion or cold in throat or head. Use in the proportions of about ten parts water to one part of the commercial strength Atomidine, but use distilled water, not tap water; that is, ten drops of water to one drop of Atomidine, in the spray, in the environs in the present - this is not general, to be sure.

15. (Q) Any further suggestions that would be of help? (A) Keep the mental attitudes proper. Work at the play as well as play at the work of getting well. Do not overdo it. Take, though, sufficient exercises of walking and riding and the like for the proper amount of activity. These will be helpful in the existent and surrounding conditions.
