1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1100].

3. Now, as we find, in the general manner, conditions are very well throughout. There is an inclination for an improper flow through the heart, the liver AND the kidneys, but this will be materially aided by the sea voyage.

4. But this does not indicate that it will make the body a good sailor! Better keep quiet most of the period, especially when there has been at least two and a half or three days out, and a little rough weather comes. Keep close to some place to lie down!

5. In the main, as we find, there only needs be kept those precautions that have been indicated for the body in the GENERAL way and manner.

6. The greater trouble as will be found for this body will be the inclinations for the disturbance to the antrum and those portions of the face, through the sea voyage as well as the residence in the Italian environment. Then, keep close at hand those properties or combinations that may be had from the fish oils, in the form that it may be used as a spray for the throat and the nasal passages. This means that it must be diluted, of course, to a very low or weak solution - but the active forces and principles of same will be the most preferable for the body. Icthyol [Ichthyol?], of course, is the property meant, but reduced until there is only the active principle of same. It is dissolved in alcohol, of course, but must be reduced with distilled water for the use in the spray. It should be prepared in a two percent solution or the like, and if it proves irritating, reduce it a little more - by the addition of ONLY distilled water, of course.

7. Doing these, and taking these precautions, we find that in the new environment the system should be cleared of much that causes the inclinations for the temperature, or for the blood pressure to be abnormal.

8. (Q) What can be done for the cracking between toes during warm weather? (A) Use D.D.D. Prescription - the liquid.

9. (Q) Are there any other special precautions I should take before sailing? (A) Only, of course, that the alimentary canal is thoroughly cleansed before beginning such a voyage. Keep the mental attitude, of course, ever in the constructive manner. Know that each environ, each contact means greater opportunity for Him.
