This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 12th day of June, 1939, in accordance with request made by the self - Mrs. [1100], Active Member of the Ass''n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

P R E S E N T

R E A D I N G

Time of Reading Hotel ..., 3:40 to 4:20 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Va. Beach, Va.

1. GC: You will have before you the life existence in the earth plane of [1100] nee [...] born September 18, 1895, in Mobile, Ala., and the earthly existence of this entity as Aidol (later Isisao), in Egypt at the time of Ra-Ta the High Priest. You will give a biographical life of the entity in that day and plane of earthly existence, from entrance - and how into the earth's plane, and the entity's departure; giving the development or retarding points in such an existence, and its relation to her present life. You will then answer the questions she submits, as I ask them, concerning former appearances and associations as compared with the present.

2. EC: Yes, we have the records here of that entity, now known as or called [1100].

3. In giving the interpretations of the records as we find here of the entity through the Egyptian experience in that age or period five thousand five hundred (5,500) before the Prince of Peace entered Egypt, ten thousand five hundred (10,500) in the experience as Aidol-Isisao - we find that in giving the political experience much of the activity of the parents of the entity (as would be called in the present) would become a part of that necessary to show the environs and the periods through which the entity developed.

4. There was first the entering of the entity's people into that called the Egyptian land.

5. This aside: The interpreting of these records, to be sure, is not from English - neither is it from the Egyptian language of the present day, but rather from the language that the entity's people brought into the land - not Sanskrit, not the early Persian; though the peoples came from that land which is now a part of Iran or Carpathia.

6. The entity was born to that entity known as or called Ra, or Ra-Ta in the experience, with the companion that entered with that group into the Egyptian land.

7. Thus with the periods when there were the turmoils and the strifes, that brought about the eventual banishment of the Priest, owing to the associations with the temple girls or dancers, or the favorites of the King, we find that there came disturbing forces for the entity - then Aidol.

8. For she was pulled, as it were, between those influences that were partially political, partially religious, as well as the activities of the deposed wife or companion of the Priest.

9. Hence during the period of the banishment of the Priest and those who chose to follow him, the entity remained in the Egyptian land - and saw, experienced, a great deal of the turmoils which arose through the rebellions of the Natives as well as the rebellions in the King's own household - or the Ibex Rebellion.

10. The entity, with the associates and companions, attempted to keep as free from the influences as possible, yet through the activities of some of those who had been counselors to the King it was not allowed to forget - or it was constantly reminded that its own peoples were in banishment.

11. This brought about the ONLY periods where there were activities on the part of the entity that might be called retardments. For there were the feelings of resentment, the hates, the jealousies that are the father or the cause of most of fear or despotism as may arise in the innate activities of an entity.

12. Remember, the entity's parent, Ra-Ta, or Ra, was among the first of the men who had been purified to that of the whole or the WHITE, see? This within itself brought to the entity disturbing forces, owing to its OWN condition in relationships to its alteration or change from the environs - or those about the entity being different.

13. INNATELY we find in the present experience that such environs, or experiences at periods when there are such mixtures or such variations as to cause the color or the characteristics of individual groups or nations to be different under various environs, will at times bring shudders as it were - because of the recalling of a something through which the entity passed.

14. Not that the entity in that individual experience did naught within itself as to the dismissing of such from its own experience, for it was active in preparing data (as would be called in the present) for the various groups who were attempting to purify themselves. Yet in the present the sight of the variation in their BEINGS, and the showing of special privilege to a group because of such variations,

will arouse emotions because of the experience during that particular sojourn.

15. These then were the periods, the nine cycles or years, through which the entity passed with the exiling of the Priest.

16. However, the activities or associations with those who were close to or active with the King brought easier circumstances or conditions for the entity from MANY angles in that particular period.

17. With the advent or the entering of the individual groups from other lands, as well as the overtures from the many for the return of the Priest (and the entity's parent), there were periods of fear - because of those conditions which had existed in the association, and as to what was to be the association with the return of the Priest to at least the religious power (as would be termed in the present), and the ability of the Priest to produce or make for many of the political situations, as would be termed in the present.

18. But with the return of the Priest, and the acceptance very soon of those activities as would make for the attempt of the Priest with others who had come and were coming into the land for the correlation of the spiritual truths, we find that the entity - not by force but by persuasion - was brought into active service as the interpreter, as the secretary (as would be called today), or the close associate with the Priest for the giving of interpretations - not only to those as they began their purification through the activities in the Temple of Sacrifice, but also in the Temple Beautiful. Yet the ENTITY was not in what would today be called active service in the Temple Beautiful or the Temple of Sacrifice, yet had been purified through the interpreting within self of the relationships of Creative Forces as were manifested by ritual or rite in the activities both of the Temple of Sacrifice and the Temple Beautiful.

19. Thus we find the Priest changed the entity's name to that which indicated the office of the entity during those periods of the sojourn there.

20. When there were the attempts of the Priest to regenerate self, and the eventual succeeding, for a prolonged service, we find there was the closer attendance of the entity upon the Priest's office; rising almost to that capacity of a priestess in itself, and oft disputed in its activities with the lower priests as to the necessity for the entity to give to others the counsel of the Priest, as those periods advanced for the purifying of others for definite service as well as the purifying of those in their BODILY conditions

for the preparations to become either artisans, teachers, ministers, or to fill those offices as would be termed in the present as the leaders or directors of the peoples throughout the period.

21. The entity's experience in the life was that of many, many, MANY years, if it would be counted by the years of today - it being more than six hundred years (600) - yes, season years - that is, the seasons from winter to winter, or spring to spring, or summer to summer.

22. Throughout the latter portion of the experience the entity gained, and - as has been indicated in that which has been given the entity - we find the closer adherence to the developing within for the understanding or comprehension of the ability to minister, the ability to counsel and direct, as the entity did throughout the latter portion - or the latter three hundred years of its experience in the Egyptian land - would give to the entity the greater harmony, the greater peace in the present experience.

23. As to that to which the entity may apply the more in the present from those experiences:

24. As it counseled with the Priest in the experience - requiring the periods of long meditation, from which all of the physical activities were at naught, so far as food or the material activities were concerned, but meditating upon the effects of the various influences that arose in a heterogeneous grouping, and the effect of blood purification as exemplified in daily life - we find that there is seen innately the cause or the need for rite or rote or rule in the experience of many, and yet the entity itself is free from same; yet recognizing the need for the use of same in the experiences of many.

25. And this understanding, this ability as it were to become one that may and does analyse others - their motives, their purposes, their desires - arises from those experiences in the Egyptian sojourn.

26. Thus we may say that the entity was one who oft stood between the rest of the world (as the world was known then) and the Egyptian experience of that period - and yet always defending itself with the activities and associations with all the various groups and tenets, not only of other lands but of its own peoples and groups.

27. Ready for questions.

28. (Q) Was I given a mark by Ra-Ta? If so, where is it, and what is the meaning of it? (A) The upper portion of the lip, [7/31/66 GD's note: She told me that for 4 yrs. she suffered from tic douloureaux and finally underwent surgery which left entire left side of

her face paralyzed. I noticed she constantly dabbed her left corner lip with a tissue, saying she "drooled" there and could not feel it. Interesting? She said it was better to have constant numbness than constant pain.] or between the nasal passages and the corner of the lip - which exists there at times - especially a feeling of twitching there: the messenger, the speaker to those that need counsel and advice.

29. (Q) Was my present husband, [470], also given a mark? (A) Given a mark rather in the latter portion of the entity's experience, as there came a closer activity AFTER the return of the Priest into the Egyptian land. This, as we find, was in the palm of the hand: a doer, an armor bearer, a messenger; a carrier of activities - as is indicated in the palm of the right hand.

30. (Q) Have I had a Palestine incarnation? If so, at what period? (A) This may be more of definite service AS there are the tenets of the Law of One within self. During the period just preceding the entrance of the Master of Masters, IN the hills of the upper Judean land - close to the Galilean ministry, not of same.

31. (Q) Have I had an Italian incarnation? If so, at what period? (A) Rather THAT same period in the land did the entity become associated with those from NOW the Italian land, or Roman land; and dwelling there in the Roman land.

32. (Q) How may I use our forthcoming trip to Italy, to be of greatest service? (A) As has been indicated, in analyzing the promptings of individuals in their activities and their associations, - whether it be from the political or the religious zeal, or from personal gain; and counseling that of INDIVIDUAL development - or from within. For, each entity finds itself - as has so oft been indicated - in a three-dimensional phase of existence or experience: the world without, the world within, and the mind that may span or bridge the two; or the body-physical, the body-mental, the body-spiritual. The spiritual is the life, the motivative force, as it is activative and active upon those influences and forces that manifest in a physical body, through the centers called or known as the radial activity of the sympathetic or the nerve forces as from without, which join to the forces as from within - or Mind still becoming the builder, the appreciater, the paralleler, the drawing of conclusions, the chooser, by what is the ideal in the spiritual or unseen realm.

Hence the entity should go about to apply its abilities, as we have indicated were so far advanced in itself and in its help to others through the Egyptian period indicated. While the entity felt the slight not only because of the activity of its parent and his position, but because of self and those from without, we find that there came the realization that the forces from without meet the forces from within by the purposes of the individual in its mental self. So, in its judgments and in its aiding, in its counseling, SOW the seeds of the Spirit and leave the harvesting of same to Him - who is the keeper, who IS He that would make all one with Him. For love IS the binder, as well as the leveler of all as would be pure, in harmony, in light, in truth.

33. (Q) What was the true local time of my physical birth in the present life? (A) (Pause. Then, "September 18th - ") This is far away from Egypt!
