This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 7th day of May, 1940, in accordance with request made by self - Mrs. [1100], Active Member of the Ass''n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:05 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Penna.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. As we find, conditions as disturb the body in the present are the natural changes coming about under the existent circumstance.

4. Then, there needs be only the precautions as to plenty of exercise in the open each day; walking as the preferable character of exercise, as well as the specific exercise morning and evening to aid in keeping the body muscular forces and the body figure in proper order and shape.

5. The activities as related to diet - keep well rounded as to food values.

6. Occasionally - once in two weeks or the like - have a general osteopathic adjustment as a RELAXING treatment; not as a stimulating but as a relaxing of the general nerve and muscular tension that naturally comes with such changes as are active in the system in the present.

7. As to activities in crowds or the like - do not get in crowds where there is the rush, the push or the like; but being in pleasant company and several in crowds, very good for the body.

8. These as we find are the general conditions; for it is the period of change in the general activities of eliminations and glandular forces of the body itself.

11. (Q) Is this the cause for the cessation of the menses? (A) As has been indicated.

12. (Q) What causes discomfort around heart area? (A) As just indicated, the general change in the pressures throughout the system. Hence the character or type of manipulations that would be given as a RELAXING, and not as a stimulating activity to the whole general body, see?

helpful to me? (A) Do THESE, as we find. Of course, keep the mental attitudes towards all helpful influences, not only in a general manner but make some rather specific activity daily, as it were, towards some helpfulness to some individual.
