1. GC: You will answer the questions regarding this body, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1100].
3. Ready for questions.
4. (Q) There is an itchiness followed by a numbness, under the right breast and on the back. What is causing it and what should be done to relieve it? (A) As we find, general changes - and some very definite changes - are being wrought in the body through the purifying of the bloodstream through those properties being taken, and the definite changes being wrought by the balances being changed as to the effective activity of the vitamins in the system. This effect, then, is as of the old order in the system being removed, and this - as a portion of the glandular system to the mammary glands - causes this RENEWING of energies; thus finds expression in the itchiness, followed by the numbness. As we find, applications of hot and then cold showers, with the quick and thorough rubdown, and then the use of Stearate of Zinc Powder with Balsam (Johnson & Johnson's), will assist and aid in removing these disturbances; until there has been the better balance brought about in the use of the properties indicated as being used in the system at present.
5. (Q) Am I taking the correct amount of Bragg vitamins? (A) As we find, in some - owing to the general differences in the environs of the body, mentally and physically - these are a bit in excess. If about a fourth of the quantities now being taken would be left off, then the three-fourths should be sufficient.
6. (Q) Is six Mira-Cal tablets too many to be taken daily? (A) Four should be sufficient, and be found to work better, even with those excesses being already changing in the body.
7. (Q) Should the Bragg Riddo be continued indefinitely?

(A) As every effective activity for better insurance of the eliminating forces through alimentary canal, this will be found to be much more effective if taken rather in series; that is, taken for a few weeks or a month, and then left off for a few days. It will be necessary to be taken again, of course, but it is better to allow the system to adjust itself to the changes as wrought. For, as is understood by the body, the proper balance in a system functioning properly should be created within the body-forces themselves. Hence all vital energies are only to be of such usage as to assist the body in attuning itself to the normal development, normal activity of body, of mind, and of the physical organisms of the body.
8. (Q) Is the Bragg dehydrated artichoke all right for [470] to use, instead of the fresh artichoke? (A) Not as efficacious or efficient in its activity in the system as the fresh. For, dehydration - especially of artichoke - is to lose not only the vital forces of its activity upon the system, but to produce an effect in the functioning of the system such that it requires a continued usage of same, or it becomes something upon which the body is dependent, rather than attuning the functioning of the organs - as the liver, pancreas and spleen - to the needs, or to the ability to produce - through the activity of the glands through these - that necessary for keeping a balance in the body. Use the fresh, rather than the dehydrated. [See 470-31.]
9. (Q) Any further suggestions for this body? (A) Well for this body also [470] to not overdo the vital forces or the vitamins to such an extent as to cause the activity of the glands (that produce the vital forces from that assimilated) to such an extent that they become weakened or fagged by overenergizing. Hence we would reduce the quantity, rather than quality, of vitamins taken.
