Time of Reading Apt. 22-B ... St., 11:40 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1101]. Now, as we find, while the physical conditions are not as yet altogether satisfactory, the existent conditions and disturbance in the greater part are after effects, and the body in a general manner is recuperating from or in the way to eliminate many of those things that have been of disturbance to the body. We also find some specific conditions which if corrected, especially in this period when there is the greater tendency in the body to build for those recuperative forces in the elementals of the replenishing and rebuilding forces of the body, there would be a much more ready response and a bettered condition for the body.
2. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [1101] we are speaking of:
3. THE BLOOD SUPPLY shows for some corrections and changes that have come in the system, and stands as almost a normal condition with some excesses of both the leucocyte and white blood supply, with efficient and sufficient forces in the red blood. This over emergency has arisen from conditions that existed with the assimilating system, where pin worms were a distressing condition for the system, and in meeting the needs for those things to be eliminated - and the effect they had upon the lymph of the system, and those of the blood effluvia - has made for that excess in the system.
4. IN THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, this is very good - save at times when there are those REFLEX actions in the cycle of the developing forces in eliminations; remembering the condition that exists in the circulatory system. Pressures existent in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th cervical make for those conditions that produce an inflammatory condition, from strains, in the head and neck, and especially to the sensory, or special senses of the body. Were these corrections made in the present status of the general physical condition of the body, we would find that these would respond much better in
1101-1 Page 2
the present than at possibly some other cycle of the changes in the body's development, and the body's growing.
5. In making such corrections, as we would find, these would be best made under the supervision of someone who makes a specialty of such conditions; or an eye, ear and nose specialist of that profession, or osteopathic profession - such as Daly, or Barbee (?), or someone in that PARTICULAR LINE of treatments.
6. Then, with the general conditions kept in much the same manner as in the present, we will find - without there entering in some other disorder - a normal development of one well balanced in mental and spiritual attitudes; for with the age and development, exceptional abilities as to valuations in a physical and material life.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) What about eyes? (A) Just as we have given for the correction of those conditions to the eyes. This we had reference to as conditions that exist especially in the cervical area; of course, some reflexes to the upper dorsal, but those corrections for the head and neck through the massage or manipulative measures; for those conditions that produce inflammation, for those tautnesses in the system, ORIGINATE in this position. These, as we find, come from latent existent conditions in the system.
9. (Q) How often should the corrections be made? (A) In within what is necessary for the alleviating of, relieving of, the disorders. This SHOULD, as we find, be made in fifteen to sixteen treatments and adjustments. There may be periods when it would be best that there be rest periods - as well as treatment periods. In the beginnings we would have these two or three times each week. This will strengthen (the massage of the eyes) the activities of the optic forces in system. This, as we find, is produced rather as an after effect of a condition that acted UPON the distribution of assimilated forces, or with the lymph and the effluvia of the circulation. With a tendency already existent, and with the attempt of the system to adjust itself to those drainages in system from that existent then - or at that period - IN the DIGESTIVE organisms, this made for the creating of that which has been as scar tissue reactions, or a thickening of pressures along these centers. Not as wholly a lesion; more as liaisons - see?
