Time of Reading 3:50 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1101]; this we have had before.
2. As we find, conditions are very good.
3. We would only give those suggestions for specific conditions as may arise from time to time, or for keeping a normal balance in diet, in activities, in exercise. And as we find we should keep the near normal conditions in this body.
4. Ready for questions.
5. (Q) Are my wisdom teeth coming in properly? (A) These are normal conditions at the present. It is well that these be examined occasionally for specific conditions. In all such there is the lack often of sufficient calcium in system, but the activities of this body - especially in the open and in the sunshine - make for sufficient here.
6. (Q) How are all my teeth? (A) These are very good. Keep a normal balance for the activities to keep sufficient of the calcium, sufficient of calcium chloride, sufficient of the activities for such. Use the Ipsab occasionally as a thorough massage for the gums; this preferably massaged inside and out along the gums with the finger, or a tuft of cotton. This Ipsab as we find carries properties that will keep the proper circulation, adding to the system the properties that are effective in keeping the dentifrice of the WHOLE body well in accord.
7. (Q) Is there still vertebral pressure causing congestion on my chest? (A) We do not find that the vertebrae are out of alignment in the present. For the weaknesses that have been indicated, exercises need to be taken; as the gym exercise, as the outdoor exercise. These should keep near normalcy. Only occasionally, once in a month, once in two or three months, have an inspection as it were, or a thorough

treatment mechanically by an OSTEOPATHIC adjustment manner. And these should keep well in tune.
8. (Q) What is the congestion in my chest? (A) Effects of sudden changes in environs, in activities. If the normal exercises of the arms and upper portions of the body are taken, we find that this condition will be cared for - with the other precautions as indicated.
9. (Q) Is my heart in good condition? (A) Very good.
10. (Q) Are my lungs? (A) Very good.
11. (Q) How much sleep is necessary for me? (A) Seven and a half to eight hours per twenty-four SHOULD be the normal amount for this body.
12. (Q) Is smoking bad for me? (A) With the high vibrations of the body, we find this should NOT become too much a habit. An occasional smoke is not so harmful; but with the high tensions, these effects are not well - for this body.
13. (Q) Any further advice? (A) These followed as we find should keep the body physically fit.
