Time of Reading 10:45 to 11:00 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.

2. As we find in the specific conditions or developments, these are very satisfactory.

3. If there is kept that same attitude of expectancy, of desire for the fulfilling of those purposes of self as related to the coming son, this should be a most satisfactory experience; and bring to the body of self and of the companion a joy that comes to those filling their place in the associations of, in the dealings with, the fellow man.

4. In the physical forces, these would be given as suggestions, as warnings:

5. Walk or exercise in the open as much as possible. To be active in such a manner will make for the strengthening of the body; just so the feet are kept dry and warm; just so there isn't an overstraining of the body, in lifting or in pushing things about.

6. Do not stretch the body in the hands above the head with weights, but the motions of the hands alone AS an exercise are very well.

7. In the matter of the diet, keep sufficient of the calcium for bone and body building. Milk should be a part of the diet, to be sure; but with each glass add about three to five drops of Limewater, and only add this just before it is to be taken - but stir INTO same very, very well.

8. Make for those precautions, of course, as to the kidneys; that there is the free activity of same yet not so much as to become straining on the body.

9. The attitude, though, is BEAUTIFUL! And this held, it becomes as that of old - the remembrance of the Creative Forces in their activity with that body that presents itself as a channel for the expression of a soul into the material world.

10. As we find, unless some unseen or unforeseen activity or condition arises, there should be the full or complete

period; coming close to the middle of January, or during the week of which the fifteenth of January is a part. This should be the full or complete period.

11. HOPE for, SEE, the son of thine own body becoming as an expression of the love of the heavenly Father in the experience of those that would make His ways their ways; and we will find that such will be the experiences.

12. Keep happy! Keep in the attitudes of hopefulness.

13. Ready for questions.

14. (Q) What will correct the so-called "heartburn" condition? (A) A little of the pepsins, or Alcaroid - these as we find will make for better assimilation. The activities in the open, though, in the sunshine, will make for MORE corrections than medications; though these, to be sure, would be well to be kept with the activities of the body. As a helpfulness in eliminations we would use the Milk of Magnesia. This will also add the better corrective forces towards keeping the alkalinity necessary.

15. (Q) Are there any shortcomings in the diet of which I am not aware? (A) As indicated, the only addition would be more calcium or lime - or calcium foods and lime - in the diet. In the manner indicated is very well.

16. (Q) In taking Alcaroid, when should it be taken and how much? (A) After the meal when the condition occurs; about a quarter teaspoonful dissolved in a little water and then a glass filled, and another glass of water taken after same.

17. (Q) If Pepsin is taken, what should be the dose? (A) The Alcaroid is a pepsin product.

18. (Q) What else can I do generally to better my health at this time? (A) Keep in the open; keep active; and keep happy.

19. (Q) Do I understand that the sex of the child is a boy? (A) As has been given; DESIRE, LOOK FOR, a son.

20. (Q) Any further advice for the body at this time? (A) Do those as suggested, keeping that attitude - which is BEAUTIFUL!
