1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which have been submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: As we find, weakness, lack of sufficient blood supply, the tendency for the body to overtax itself are the greater disturbing forces in the present.
3. For this body we would have a well balanced diet for better blood and body-building, as combined with Codiron, with a gentle massage or rub as might be had from a masseuse once a week. These as we find would come nearer to making for the better balance for the body.
4. The Codiron - we would take two pellets one day, three pellets the next day, but not more than one or two at the time, you see, and WITH the meal.
5. The massage should be given with particular reference to the better drainages from those areas about the upper dorsal and through the cervical areas.
6. As to the diet: Have plenty of celery, lettuce, carrots, raw cabbage. The juices of these may be taken, or as much of these may be eaten in a salad at one meal each day as possible or practical.
7. Also there should be a little exercise each day in the open as much as practical.
8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) What local treatment will help correct the difficulty of breathing easily through the nose? (A) The massage through the upper dorsal and cervical area, so as to make better drainages towards the normal eliminations; rather than the organs tending towards exhuming the poisons through the superficial or external activities.
10. (Q) What local treatment will help correct the "weeping" condition of the left ear? (A) The massage, as indicated, through the head and the neck.

For there are those blocks - not lesions but rather sort of blocks in the areas, through the stress and strain under which the body has constantly turned itself recently; and these are affecting principally those areas as indicated, that need the consistent and regular manipulations for the clearing of same.
11. (Q) Should the condition of the rectum be surgically attended? (A) This eventually, as we find, will be necessary, but it is well to build the general health to a better condition before undertaking same. Then it may be done in the latter part of the summer or early fall.
12. (Q) Is there a deficiency in the blood supply which causes the body to easily fatigue? (A) As indicated.
13. (Q) Any further advice? (A) These as we find we would do, if we would bring the better influences and forces - but do ALL of them!
