1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1105]. Now, we find there are conditions that to the bodyphysical are NORMAL for the body, that to others would be, or MIGHT be, ABNORMAL. These conditions, as we find, are of a prenatal nature, and have much to do with the INNATE or to the mental body. Hence the conditions have much to do with the coordinating between the mental being and the physical body.
2. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [1105] we are speaking of:
3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this near normal for the physical conditions existent, though would be abnormal to SOME NORMAL or near nominal bodies.
4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, these, we find, the PHYSICAL causes of conditions as are heir apparent in the body. The incoordinating between the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal, for little or no imaginative forces manifest themselves, or under certain stresses or strains - or at certain periods in the development - we will find there will be periods of the PURELY imaginative body ACTIVE within the physical forces of this system.
5. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS OF THE SYSTEM, these, we find, are oft under stress - through the ACTIVITY of the bodyphysical - though ORGANICALLY LITTLE is deranged in their physical functioning. Then, the CAUSE, the seat, or the physical conditions existent are those of INCOORDINATION between sympathetic and cerebrospinal. Not to that condition where,it may be called of a dementia praecox, or of the dementia as is related to softening or undevelopment of brain; yet there would be seen that little of indentations as go to make for a wholly developed mental being is apparent; for imaginative forces must operate with the whole entity's being for THIS TO be in the condition of active forces. We may, then, add to the system other than that as has been and is being administered, those vibrations

which will aid - but will NOT be a CURE, UNLESS there be a SUPPRESSION entirely in the body - which would come from either the indentation externally or from the suppression of the mental forces.
6. Then, we would add for that as will be the most beneficial under the existent conditions - those of the Radio-Active Appliance carrying gold. The effect as this will produce upon the system: In the developing stages, we will find this will be most active carried into the system in this manner through the activity of the GENERATIVE system of the body. Then, when there comes the nominal changes, this will either - through the CONTROL MENTALLY as will be had upon the body - prove MOST helpful AND beneficial, or if ALLOWED to run to an extreme be made or BECOME very detrimental to the WELL being; yet this offers the greater opportunity for the DEVELOPMENT, with the controlling of mental capacities of the body.
7. These should be applied, using the gold as the negative pole, attaching same - when the positive has been attached to the wrist or ankle - to the umbilicus, to the upper and right portion of same, or that plexus that coordinates THROUGH same in that region. THIS we would do; giving the application as the body rests, for at least one hour EACH day. In two to three and a half YEARS we would see results coming FROM same, and during the whole period KEEP those as HAS been applied, and watch the mental that IN the developing of the active genitory [genitive - generatory] system the activities are NOT allowed to run riot.
8. (Q) What was the cause of his subnormal condition? (A) Prenatal conditions.
9. (Q) Can it be cured? (A) As has been outlined. Not cured, but materially benefited - will the activities as will develop through that period be watched closely.
10. (Q) What was meant by the suppression? (A) Suppression in this particular condition means the activities as are awakened through the IMAGINATIVE system.
11. (Q) How could this be done? (A) Just use of the mental forces over the body!
