Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Long Island, N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1110]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, there is a great deal to be desired as yet in the physical reactions; although there are improvements, as we find, in the general physical forces of the body.

3. There are still those disturbances in the katabolism of the system, and through the aorta arteries; there are hindrances to the breathing, especially when there is exercise or over-anxiety. There are still some disturbances in the throat, weakness indicated in the extremities.

4. We would alter somewhat the manner of the manipulative osteopathic forces and the relaxing of the body. Be more specific in those centers about the plexus of locomotion, especially in the upper dorsal and brachial plexus, and in the lower lumbar and the lumbar axis. These as we find, while setting up somewhat a stimulation towards drainages from the system by the general treatments, in these areas - the more specific treatments - will aid in the circulation as RELATED to the assimilating system or the katabolism of the body.

5. Also the Radio-Active Appliance will aid in this, or the volative vibrations of the body - becoming more equalized in their extremities by those discharges in the opposite poles of the circulatory forces of the body, will make for better rest and more recuperative forces accomplished by that rest.

6. We would adhere to the general applications that have been given.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Has condition improved since treatment started? (A) As indicated, there are improvements. The weakness causes anxiety, and is not to be wondered at by the body or even those about same; but the basis or seat of the disturbances is being reached - and aided.

Keep the eliminations through the alimentary canal in an excess of the nominal manner, and the coordinating of the eliminating systems between the respiratory system and the hepatic circulation becomes necessary. Hence the indication of those specific centers to be made to coordinate by the osteopathic manipulative forces; as: The brachial center not only allows the circulation through the upper portion of the body but also stimulates an activity through the liver, pancreas and spleen by the very RELAXING of those specific centers. And the coordinating of same by the removal of pressure, or by the stimulation of the ganglia in the 4th lumbar and in the sacral axis, makes for a stimulation through the pelvis and the lower hepatic circulation so that they coordinate one with another.

9. (Q) Any change in the medicinal remedies that he is now taking? (A) We would not change or alter, as indicated.

10. (Q) What should the diet of the body be? (A) As indicated, that which is easy of assimilation but strengthening in the equalizing of a digestive force. Hence that which has been indicated, and as may be verified by the one making the changes or the corrective forces osteopathically, in the adjustments or relief in the applications of the massage or osteopathic adjustments.

11. (Q) What exercise should the body take? (A) Not a great deal until there is more strength. In the open when possible would be the better. For it aids in a stimulating to the superficial circulation for greater quantities of oxygen by the very stimulation in the areas indicated.

12. (Q) Shall I continue with a lot of bed rest? or what hours should - (A) (Interrupting) This should be governed rather by the inclinations of the body as produced by IMPULSES set up by coordinating of faculties of the body as RELATED to locomotion and activity, without tensions to the heart disturbance.

13. (Q) What causes the coughing? (A) As indicated, the dryness in the throat is from the pressure in the upper dorsal. Hence that indication of the SPECIFIC applications in the brachial center for the releasing of the lower impulses for circulation through the throat and head, or an equalizing of same. Doing this should make for a relief in this direction.

14. (Q) What is the condition of liver and kidney? (A) Torpidity and those excesses of toxic forces as indicated, but with the applications suggested these should

come to nearer normal activity. Unless there are other emergencies that arise that are not indicated in the immediate, these should carry on for improvements in the physical forces. Do that.
