Time of Reading 4:35 to 5:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1110]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, there are a great many changes in the physical forces of the body since last we had same here. These in the greater part are improvements in the general physical conditions. There needs be that there be kept much that has been indicated, though not so often is it necessary for the corrections. But we would continue to use regularly the vibrations that make for an aid in creating an equal balance in the circulatory forces by the vibratory activity set up in the pulsations from the Radio-Active influence of the electrical forces of the body itself.

3. It will be necessary to continue the manipulative measures at least once a week; and occasionally there should be more than one a week, when there are periods of the natural reactions that come about in the changing of the position of the organs of the body as to their activity in the circulatory forces.

4. The natural inclination from the activity of the circulation between the liver and the heart, as these organs function the closer together, will be that there will be periods when the little exercise that the body may take will produce a fullness through the upper portion of the stomach, through the heart's area, the rather smothery feeling. For the circulation having been in the activity through the connecting forces between (and these are the larger arteries and the larger veins), having been forced through same, and the walls of the circulation system itself being involved BY the great quantities, there will naturally be needed the time, the activity in the open, periods of rest, periods of recuperative forces MENTALLY well as physically.

5. For where there has been created in the physical forces of the body those activities that carry on, as the pulsations through the system, it is necessary that the

1110-3 Page 2

activative forces become rather accustomed to the changes. It is as a body gaining its equilibrium in walking, in activity. When there has been the non-use of same, these become - as it were - impulses to the whole of the nerve circulation, and the fear, the anxiety becomes a whole portion of these.

6. Rather let the body, then, dwell upon the OPPORTUNITIES that lie before it for a usefulness in its associations with its fellow man. Create in the impulses, then, the expectancy of activity, as to overcome those tendencies of fear, of disuse.

7. And we will find that, with consistency, not only will conditions that existed in the cerebrospinal system be reduced entirely but the organs in their cooperative forces as one with another will begin more and more a normal flow. Thus we will find the physical abilities, the activities of the body may be resumed in such measures - gradually - as to become most satisfactory.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Is the heart damaged? (A) This might be expressed or illustrated by that very good illustration, though very crude: Is a balloon damaged by being blown up? The natural activity of the heart is that it is able to take possibly more than any other of the organs disturbances, and again become normal. Remember this. Build this in thine own conscience (though you may be told different!): Each portion of the body rebuilds itself. CONSTANTLY there are changes being made. If the organ is freed from the stress of the circulations filling same, or the blood filling same so as to make for the incoordinant activity, and become normal, gradually those distresses will be overcome - and it will assume its normal activity with little or no distress FROM the damages that may be said to have been done. A weakness or a tendency may continue to exist, but the more often this is made for normal activity, the more normal will the functioning of the organ be. The greater DISTRESS that has been created is in the CONNECTING forces, or the arteries AND the veins from the lungs to the heart, heart to liver, than in the organ

1110-3 Page 3

itself; though the valves of same, though those activities have been stressed to a great degree, not only by the PHYSICAL condition (or the pathological effect upon the organs of the system) but by the very ACTIVITY of those properties given to PRODUCE an effect upon the muscular forces of the organ itself. Then the less of this (though necessary that it be gradually reduced), the less of this and the more normal the organs function, the greater may be the strain put upon same. Build, then, for expectancy of activity in the MENTAL self. And as is required OF the physical organs, these build with same.

10. (Q) Are the treatments being given correctly? (A) These are very good. We would extend these occasionally to the lower lumbars and even to the feet and lower limbs themselves. This as a GENERAL, or the periods when the GENERAL treatments are given, see?

11. (Q) How many treatments a week should be given now? (A) As indicated, in the present about once a week; and occasionally two - that is, one week possibly during a month have two. This depends, to be sure, upon the activities of the body, see? But keep in the open as much as is in keeping with that being builded in the mental body. Make the mind and the body more active in a UNION of thought and activity. PLAN to do this, PLAN to do that - and we BUILD something within the psycho-activity of the body forces also!

12. (Q) How frequently should the Radio-Active Appliance be used? (A) Each day.

13. (Q) What will correct my difficulty in breathing? (A) Those conditions, as we find, arise from those impulses as we have indicated. Rest, and occasionally the use of the medicinal properties that ease the tension; but gradually, more by the activities of the mental AND physical body, rid self of these. As the body - here - the mental attributes of the body: The body has been a very independent person, and a dependent, see? that is, one that others could depend UPON, as well as independent of those influences from without. CONDITIONS have brought about that in the physical

1110-3 Page 4

body-ORGANS, as well as the mental and physical self, there has been the gradual breaking down, by this constant building into the physical functions of the body those distresses that have been heretofore outlined. Now, MIND is the Builder! The physical body is a means of expression. Then, using all those influences that make for the corrective forces, let the mind build back to that dependency and independency in the whole of its activities. And we will find this distress that arises from weakness and from the tendency for those portions of the system to revert to depending upon something else will gradually be eliminated.

14. (Q) Is smoking permitted? (A) In moderation, smoking - as for most bodies that have builded such - as in this body - is rather helpful than detrimental; but not to excess.

15. (Q) How are my liver and kidneys progressing? (A) As indicated, these are coming back nearer and nearer to their normal reactions. There will be periods and cycles of activity when distresses will arise, and - as indicated - at such periods take two treatments a week, but get farther and farther away from these as the physical forces are replenished.

16. (Q) What may be done for the coughing? (A) As indicated, the use of a little of the combinations of iodine and calcium, as in Calcidin, will allay the tickling or the irritation produce by the great expanse of area that has been affected in the trachea and the bronchi. This dissolved and a small sip taken is the more preferable way to be taken. A grain dissolved to an ounce of distilled water.

17. (Q) Why are the extremities so weak? (A) The circulation being poor, those tendencies for this lack of activity. Hence the lack of strength. Hence, as indicated, there should be periods when these would be taken into consideration in making the treatments, see? These would be the means and the manners as suggested for strengthening same. As will keeping in the open and PLANNING for days of activity; that is, "On the morrow this or that I will be able to do, I WILL do. On the next day or the next week, this or that I will be able to do." These build for and carry forward in the very activities throughout the body, thus building up; not overtaxing, to be

1110-3 Page 5

sure - go slow, but be sure that it is a constant building.

18. (Q) Shall I continue with the Digitalis? (A) As indicated, there will be times when this will be necessary; but reduce the quantity and reduce the periods when it is taken - GRADUALLY, see? As the body has in building in its activity used what it has termed at times as good judgement, then use it in the use of these things in self. Doing these, we will find we will build this body more near to the normal conditions.
