1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1117].

2. As we find, while there is much yet to be desired by the body, there is much improvement from those conditions we have once had here.

3. That inclination for the colon to choke or clog by the very lack of the lymph circulation (produced by non-activity of the body in some respects), and those inclinations for the mucous membranes to become rather dry as it were from lack of circulation, continues to make for a great deal of disturbance in the eliminations from the system.

4. The natural accumulations from poisons from non-eliminations cause all cause all the characters of the distresses in most of the disturbances. This naturally makes for a laggardness or slowness in the activity of the excretory functionings of the digestive system, makes for dizziness and headaches at times and for inclinations for the folds of the lower portion of the eliminating channels to cause or give some disturbance.

5. As we find, rather than the use of so much of cathartics and laxatives, if there would be the proper care or caution as to the laxatives and the use of enemas the more often, we would find a great deal of this disturbance eliminated.

6. We would take enemas every day or every other day unless there is a nominal or normal evacuation of the alimentary canal. These do not use of higher temperature than the temperature of the body. Do not trust to the FEEL, but use a thermometer to test same - and have the water the temperature of the body. One day use a Soda solution; or the proportions of a heaping teaspoonful of Baking Soda to each quart of water, dissolved thoroughly before it is put into the bag for the enema. The next day or time the enema is used, use a heaping teaspoonful of Table Salt in each quart of of the water - this should be thoroughly dissolved and use the enema the temperature of the body, in each instance that it is used.

7. Following each of these evacuations of the colon by the use of the enema, use a little of the second water - or a quart - a tablespoonful of Glyco-Thymoline. EACH time after the enema, you see. Do not mix the Glyco-Thymoline with the Soda or Salt solution, but take the Glyco-Thymoline solution injection each time AFTER the other enema is used, see?

8. As a laxative, after the evacuations thoroughly, use at times the Fletcher's Castoria. Take in small doses the first time it is taken, see - be a whole day or a day and a half in taking even a small size bottle of same; half a teaspoonful taken every hour until the whole bottle of same is taken. Take the enemas just the same when this is being given, see?

9. Then in a day or two days afterwards take another bottle. In taking THIS, take the whole bottle in about three or four doses; three and a half to four hours apart each dose.

10. We will find we will cleanse the system, we will set the activity of the gastric flow of the digestive forces, the activity of the liver, of the pancreas, of the gall duct, more to nominal activity.

11. Occasionally a thorough neuropathic massage is most helpful for the body.

12. Do not eat hog meat in ANY form, especially fresh meats. A little bacon may be taken occasionally. More vegetables and less of meats should be taken by the body. Though the body desires same at times, fried foods should NOT be a part of the diet.

13. Do this and we will find we will have better conditions for this body.

14. Ready for questions.

15. (Q) Why am I so lame in my left hip on arising, but am alright when stirring around a while? (A) The creation of poisons and the pressures upon the pelvis, because through the strains there has been a stretching as it were of the ligaments in the pelvic bone itself. And this when the body lies or stands or sits in one position tends to make for a cutting off of the circulation. Hence the activity of the body relaxes this and starts circulation. Hence the use of the enemas will gradually relax these conditions and these should make for a better flow of the circulatory forces through the pelvic area and throughout even the pelvic organs.

16. (Q) In what condition are my eyes, and what do you advise for them? (A) The general condition with the age and the body itself.

1117-3 Page 3

The neuropathic adjustments will be the greater relief, as would the use of the head and neck exercise - if taken not too long but regularly each morning upon arising and each evening upon retiring; just a few minutes of the circular motion of the head, turning to the right, turning to the left, to the side; one, two, three times, SLOWLY. Not fast, to be gotten through with, but see definite conditions reacting by the activity of the circulatory forces for the whole system.

17. (Q) Any spiritual advice? (A) Keep constructive in all the thought. Know that there is within self the Divine and the Creative Forces, that given the opportunity may express through self in the physical associations with others, in the mental attitude, and in the great help it may bring the physical body. Not that these are to be held as selfish thoughts, but rather as self-expression of that Divine.
