Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which may be submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1124].

3. As we find, there are many changes in the physical forces of the body since last we had same here. Some have been for improvements, others have been the allaying of disturbances; and in some respects these are bettered in other ways than as we had before.

4. In the present we find there are those indications of a disturbance arising through the activities in the organs of the pelvis, and the sensations are such as to cause uneasiness owing to the nature - which has been indicated to the mental and physical body.

5. These as we find, then, are both psychological and pathological effects through the system. And if there is the application within the mental forces of the system to eradicate fear or anxiety, and COMBINE with same a physical effort towards the keeping of the physical influences and forces in accord for the eliminating of disturbing conditions or for eradicating any cause of infection, we should keep the body in a much better physical as well as mental attitude.

6. Of course, the antiseptics as a douche will be the more applicable in the PHYSICAL preparations for eradicating the GENERAL disturbing conditions through the pelvis. These will make for the cleansing, or keeping in accord with the general circulation as may be stimulated through the system by the physical activities through the system, in a much better way and manner than the application of metals or radiations other than as may come from the NATURAL sources for the body.

7. As we find, then, we would use the antiseptic douches of a weakened solution of Atomidine; the proportions being a

teaspoonful of commercial strength Atomidine to a quart and a half of water. This should be used body-temperature.

8. The occasional use of the Violet Ray (hand machine, Vaginal Applicator), in not too STRONG a current, will also allay disturbance; provided the Animated Ash or Carbon Ash is also used about ten minutes before such applications. The activities of the Violet Ray, with these properties of the Ash taken into the system, are to release in affected areas the efficacious activity in the form of oxygen - by the very atomic structure of the nerve forces of the body as applied to its circulatory system in blood as well as nerve forces of the system.

9. A quarter grain of the Animated Ash would be taken once a week, then, and the Vaginal Applicator of the Violet Ray used only one minute - ten minutes after the Ash has been taken internally.

10. Or, if the Carbon Ash is used, or Powder, then there would only be used one-sixteenth of a grain - taken on the tongue, NOT in capsule - either of these - and washed down with water.

11. Keep the general diet as has been indicated.

12. Then the mental attitude:

13. Not that the body mentally is to commit itself to set rules or forms or formulas, but rather realizing within its own consciousness its relationships to the Creative Forces that manifest in life - called by many God.

14. In such, then, let there be put that trust which is a part of the hope in EVERY animated activity in physical manifestation.

15. In this activity, let that hope be that self will be used in such a manner that the best of purposes for giving animation, life, activity to this body, may be accomplished through same in present.

16. This meditated upon - not merely as a passive experience but as an activative one; knowing that what is given in "As ye do it unto the least of these, thy brethren, ye do it unto me," is an actuality, is an experience of which each individual soul should become aware in its associations with its fellow man.

17. Not that this becomes merely idealistic, but practical application of love.

18. We are through with this Reading. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (We will try to procure some of the Animated Ash so Dr.
