1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1124]; this we have had before, you see.
3. As we find, there are many changes in the general condition of this body. Most of these, we find, are for betterments.
4. The change that has become the more marked is the general attitude and expectancy of the body-forces themselves. For, as is experienced by the body, in the application of self in the material experiences, the body and the mind, the purpose, or the soul, all have their place. And when one is exercised to the disagreement, and there is not the full coordination, disturbances arise.
5. As we find, these are being kept in nearer accord in the present. So, we would not change those activities. We would not change those administrations for the physical, mental or the purposeful activities. KEEP that purpose. Keep that ideal. Keep those activities that are making for those better fulfillments of activities through this material experience.
6. And we will find there is much to be contributed by the entity in the general welfare, the general associations; and its principles, its ideas, will be to the material, the mental and the general benefits in and with those with whom the entity comes in contact.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) Should I stay with my husband and follow him around while he is in the army, or should I go back to Maine? (A) Stay with the husband.
9. (Q) What accounts for the feeling of tightness in the head? (A) This comes and goes, and is the result of what might be

called the gradual relaxation of those incoordinations which have existed between the central nervous system and the sympathetic. A relaxing by any mechano-therapy or massage along the areas of the upper cervicals should keep these from making further inroads. To be sure, at times when there is an unbalancing or a superacidity, or colds by any congestion, it becomes more apparent. But the exercise, being in the open at times, keeping the regular individual activities, will tend to keep these down.
10. (Q) What should I do in the way of occupational therapy? (A) As indicated, in all of those contacts made from place to place, the entity may oft contribute to a stimulating, helpful influence in the experiences of those that are upset or disturbed by the conditions that exist in their relationships one with another. This, to be sure, does not intend to indicate that the body become as a meddler, never - but as a contributing influence in the experiences of others as you come in contact with them. And, as ye aid others, ye aid thyself.
11. (Q) Why is is difficult for me to make myself go places? (A) This is the natural tendency of attempting to shun those feelings of repression. But this attitude that has been accepted, or that is being accepted, is gradually bringing - and will, as the entity applies self, bring not only greater opportunities but a RELEASE to the self that has been pent within - because of the submerging of its latent desires in this material relationship. DO NOT, of course, OVERTAX self in such, but do bring those influences as to release self; for you have much to give others, that others are seeking - for aid in their spiritual, in their mental well-being. Do that.
12. (Q) When I do go places and try to do something, why do I seem to be held back? (A) That is the suppression that is nominal, or that has been builded in self. This can only be overcome by practice. When this becomes burdensome - in meeting or doing - don't force self, but pray a little harder, and the way is opened easier for the body.
13. We are through for the present. Copy to Self - through husband
