1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1125].

2. Now, as we find, in giving that as may be helpful to this body, in making for the better physical forces, the whole of the conditions and environs under which the body labors from a mental and material angle, as well as the spiritual, should be taken into consideration.

3. True, we find there are pathological conditions that may be corrected for a better reaction. But without the causes or the attitudes of the body mentally, and without a better coordination of the ideals of the body in its relationships to material, to mental, as arise from its spiritual concept, made to be in better coordination, there can not be any real help; it will only produce or cause greater confusions later on.

4. For as is experienced and known by the body-mind, there may be corrections in a physical body at the expense of some other portion, or some functioning of an organ of the body that will eventually make the latter condition more undesirable than that from which the conditions or the body may be under strain at the time.

5. This fact is the real basis upon which the school of treatments as may be administered by this body, or are administered by this body, is founded; and that the body-physical must be taken as a unit and not as an excess in one portion without respect of its correlative and relative activity with other portions of the system.

6. There are then attitudes - not assumed but as are ofttimes considered by the body as being thrust upon the body, by its correlations with individuals and its activities. And these produce and create, as the body knows and experiences, resentments, animosities - yea, ofttimes animosities and hate - as well as anxieties.

7. And hate to a body in a reaction is poison, and the active forces react upon the sympathetic or vegetative nerve

1125-2 Page 2

forces of the body in its PHYSICAL reaction.

8. Then, to correct such an attitude - the entity should coordinate those ideals that have been and are a portion of the entity; not in what but in WHOM the entity may believe, for its relationships to Creative Forces as are manifested in a material world.

9. Then when this is done, we will find that in the place of resentment, animosity, hate or disagreements or confusion, we will replace with patience, longsuffering; enduring ALL things, not merely as passive but as an active way and manner!

10. For as the body experiences, to give or to bring help physically, hope mentally to others, brings into the experience of the mental body the greatest boon for purposeful life as is experienced by the very CHOICE of the entity as to a profession!

11. Then why not take this policy, take this attitude, in ALL the relationships of the entity's experience!

12. In EVERY rule there must be conditions that are as subject to every phase of human experience, and unless it is founded in the spiritual body, and acted upon by the mental applications and appliances, the physical reactions cannot be in accord with constructive forces in the experience.

13. Now in the physical body, we find these conditions - as resultant from the effect or just such attitudes, that have brought about - with the pathological and psychological conditions - those disturbances as indicated in the lymph flow through the soft tissues of the face.

14. So, the sinus, the antrum, the throat oftentimes find excesses, or a poor circulation being carried on through these portions of the system.

15. Thus we have then a deflection in the segments or ganglia along the upper dorsal and cervical that - by the very activity of emotions, the very activity of pressure itself - prevents the normal circulatory forces.

16. Hence we have those tendencies for cold, those tendencies for the sniffles at times, those tendencies for the desire to clear the throat, the filling up of the sinus, of the soft tissue; those inclinations for such reactions in the body.

17. Now to remove the pressures alone and not to change the attitudes - have we helped to the fullest extent?

18. Again we have with this poor circulation the lack of throwing off of used tissues in the form of drosses to the eliminating systems; whether through the alimentary canal, the respiratory system or the perspiratory system. These become then as poisons when not thrown off, and the tendency

1125-2 Page 3

for the reaction upon the digestive system is to produce a greater quantity of acidity than should be nominal for the system. And then the food values become as disagreements or lack of the proper amount of the properties in the digestive areas for the carrying on of proper assimilations.

19. Thus we have the excess acidity, making the body more susceptible to cold and congestion, and then we complete as it were a cycle with those very influences bearing upon not only the pathological but the psychological forces of the body itself.

20. When these effects act through the activities of the hepatic circulation to the liver and the kidneys, and the coordination of the activity of the flow of the lymph through the alimentary canal areas, and the effect to those portions of the glandular forces through the system, excesses become as the rule as it were to the system. Thus those tendencies for lack of proper eliminations.

21. Hence constipation enters into the condition as a part of an effect of disturbances through the circulatory forces and through portions of the body itself.

22. In beginning then to make applications - as is the rule or law of the profession of the body - to produce the proper coordinant condition in all portions of the system from which each part of the body receives its impulse for proper distribution of assimilated forces, and to keep a perfect circulation - both as related to the nerve systems and to the blood supply - will bring about those conditions where the body-physical, the body-mental, yea the body-spiritual may coordinate, and cooperate, in keeping the producing of health rather than disease in the physical body.

23. Hence first, attitudes.

24. Second, mechanical adjustments in the areas that have been indicated from which the impulses are received from blood supply and nerve energies to the throat and head.

25. Not necessary that there be a great number of these applications, but when tired - when the energies are used whether in the exercising of the mental body or the physical - every day or every other day - use those vibrations as may be set up by the Radio-Active Appliance as may be attached to the body for the attuning or ionizing or re-electrifying of the energies of the system. Use for thirty minutes to an hour, whether each day or every other day. Keep the anodes or plates very clean.

26. And when the Radio-Active Appliance is used, use such periods as the rest periods and for the MEDITATING upon spiritual aspects of the physical life in its relationships to those things about it.

1125-2 Page 4

27. And we will find the abilities of the body to overcome those inclinations will be more and more in accord with that hopefulness as experienced by the body when there are the realizations that self has been and is of help, is bringing hope, is bringing health, is bringing strength to those who have lost their hold upon the better things in a material experience.

28. Also we will find most helpful the use occasionally of a weak spray, of atomic iodine; that is, Atomidine - in an atomizer - the commercial strength Atomidine weakened in the proportions of a teaspoonful to an ounce of distilled water; not tap water but distilled water. For the tap water (and especially in this environ) has properties of silicon, manganese and other properties that do not cause the proper activity of the atomic forces of the iodine - which in this formula or in this manner (Atomidine) is non-poisonous, non-toxic, but is healing to mucous membranes, is an astringent and a healer and a purifier of tissue in the body. Use such a weak spray whenever there are the irritations arising through the sinus and the antrums.

29. And with these we will find the exercises well that the body gives to others for the portions of the body below the diaphragm, that make for a setting up of drainages to the lower portion of the alimentary canal, producing greater and better peristaltic movement through the jejunum and making for better activity in the bodily forces themselves.

30. The creating of those elements of unification by the use of the Radio-Active Appliance will tend to bring about nearer normalcy for the avoirdupois, as well as the use of food values that keep a nearer normal balance between the acidity and alkalinity of the body.

31. For as the body knows (though do not let the attitudes produce the acids; or the resentments or disappointments or any of those factors of the mind itself), it should leave off altogether the white breads, white potatoes (unless merely the jackets are taken). Do not combine ANY of starches with any quantities of sweets. Do not take food values that cause great quantity of alcoholic reaction. This does not refer to alcohol, but sweets AND certain starches produce a character of fermentation that is alcoholic that makes for excess of fatty portions for the body.

32. Do these, consistently, persistently, keeping the mental attitudes PROPER - and we will bring normal forces; and a life of activity and service that makes the experience of the entity SO MUCH MORE worth while!

33. We are through for the present.
