Time of Reading 11:15 to 11:35 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ala. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes. While the conditions that surround the body are not conductive to the better application of those influences through such information, these applications - as we find - would be helpful for these disturbances as we find with this body.

2. There has been, as we find indicated, a general breaking down of resistances in the system through an incoordination between the mental and the physical activities - by the very lack of those elements that make for a union or a oneness of activity in a physical body of the mental, the physical, and the vital forces that may be described as the resistances in the blood stream for the breaking up of those forces that attack the system in the form of Bacillus.

3. These affect not only the organs that reproduce the blood supply (as through the oxidization of same in the respiratory system) but the activities through the larger of the flows from the heart to the liver, and through the assimilating forces of the body.

4. Hence, as we find in the beginning, we would add those forces in such manners as to make for a rationality of this activity in the blood stream, this wasting away of the vital forces. These that would make for a strengthening to those activities in the physical and mental forces of the body, as well as adding to the structural reactions in the body, would be the most helpful in the present.

5. Then, for this weakness, for the allaying of those principles that make for an activity in the blood stream, for assisting the assimilation of those things that may be given for a stimuli to the body, we would use these in the present.

6. At least once each day, for twenty to thirty minutes, we would use the Wet Cell Appliance carrying the Gold Solution that (in its vibratory forces, from the low electrical vibrations that are created in the activity of same for the body) will add not to the vital forces by the taking of same

1126-1 Page 2

INTO the body (the Gold), but the VIBRATIONS of same will be effective.

7. The small copper plate would be attached first, to the 4th dorsal center. And the larger nickel plate (that should be of the cup-shape), through which the Gold Solution passes, would be attached last - over the lacteal duct or a portion of the lacteal duct and umbilicus center, or over the area about the gall duct.

8. FOLLOWING same (the Appliance attachment each day) we would massage the body from the base of the brain (or 1st and 2nd cervical) to the end of the spine, also over the lower limbs and especially from the locomotary centers in the lower lumbar area to the ileum plexus and the bursae in the feet, with a combination of oils prepared in this manner.

9. To 4 ounces of Pure Olive Oil as the base, add (in the order named): Russian White Oil.........................1 ounce, Witchhazel................................1 ounce, Cedar Wood Oil............................1 ounce, Oil of Pine Needles.....................1/4 ounce, Sassafras Oil...........................1/2 ounce. Shake these together before they are used, for they will tend to separate when standing. After shaking, pour a small quantity into an open container and massage into the body as indicated - with the tips of the fingers - just that the BODY will ABSORB. Then sponge same off with a weak soda solution (teaspoonful of baking soda to four ounces of warm water); using a light sponge and very warm water.

10. This will not only tend to make for a tingling gently along the portions, but will aid the body itself. It will not only rest the body but add to the strength and the vitality to overcome those conditions that have been effected by the slowing of the circulation in portions of the body. And the strengthening of same by the use of the low electrical vibrations with these stimulations should bring strength and reverberation to the whole of the system itself.

11. In the matter of the diet, keep rather a liquid or semi-liquid diet; but let same be of the strengthening forces - as a combination of beef juices, vegetable juices and citrus fruit juices. Not all of these at once, to be sure, but rather in the opposite manner from that in which given; that is, citrus fruit juices of morning, vegetable juices through the day, and in the evening sips of the beef

juice. Graham wafers or brown (whole wheat) toast may be taken with any or all of these.

12. Keep the body quiet.

13. At times it will be necessary to make for the strengthening of the body by the use of GRAIN alcohol rubs over the abdomen and the lower portion of the torso. The grain alcohol rubbed in this manner will be absorbed and bring strength to the body itself.

14. Do these, as we find, for twenty-eight days. Then we would give further instructions.

15. Ready for questions.

16. We are through for the present. Copy to Mrs. [...] Aunt of [1126], ..., Ala. - Special Delivery - (If arriving Sunday, deliver to Mrs. [...] at home address.) " " Ass'n file (See letter [which was enclosed] with specifications to be sent to the H.H.R. Co. when ordering the Appliance. Also see Article [which was enclosed] explaining theory of such an Appliance. See directions [which were enclosed] for preparing Pure Beef Juice. Let us know when all these have been followed for twenty-eight days, so we may make an appointment for a Check Reading to give further instructions. GD.)
