Time of Reading 10:35 to 10:55 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Virginia.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, with suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1129].

3. As we find, there are rather the complications of disturbances. And unless there are measures taken soon, these may prove rather serious - and become hard to eliminate.

4. Then, these are the conditions as we find at time time with this body, [1129].

5. The blood supply is very low in vitality. And a form of anemia is beginning to manifest itself, which may take on more serious proportions unless altered or changed.

6. This accounts for the low vitality, the little resistance, and the general tired feeling, as of cold and hot feelings at times.

7. These also, as we find, are gradually producing the debilitation through some of the organs of the body; as the digestion, the inability of coordinating the nerve forces, the general "all over" feeling at times.

8. We find that these conditions arise from subluxations and lesions that have been and are forming along the centers of cerebrospinal system. These are gradually becoming more in the nature of being jammed, as it were. Unless measures are taken, this gradual giving away will increase the the affectation to the specific functioning of organs.

9. In making applications, then:

10. Have about ten to twelve general osteopathic treatments; with specific attention given to the upper dorsal and throughout the cervical area; coordinating occasionally the conditions in the lower lumbar and sacral, and the 9th and 10th dorsal.

11. We would have such as Richardson.

12. Also about twice a month, and during the same period

when the osteopathic treatments are being given, we would have a cabinet sweat and fume bath; not heavy sweats in the dry heat, but preferably with the fumes of Witchhazel. Follow this by a thorough oil rub, using an equal combination of Pine Oil and Peanut Oil.

13. As to the diet:

14. Beef juice we would take as medicine. Take about a teaspoonful every four hours; but sip this - don't swallow the whole spoonful at once.

15. Also the eliminations must be aided, as conditions are gradually corrected, to eliminate the accumulations of poisons or toxic forces from the body-functioning itself.

16. Have plenty of whole grain cereals, also citrus fruits - though do not take these at the same meal.

17. Not too much of fats or greases of any kind.

18. Use plenty of milk, especially the foods prepared with milk.

19. Seafoods are well; not too much of hams, cakes or pastries.

20. Do these and be consistent; don't overtax self, but take as much exercise - walking - in the open as practical; and we will bring better conditions for this body, [1129].

21. Ready for questions.

22. (Q) Why am I so nervous, especially if in a crowd of 5 or 6 people? (A) Read what has just been given, and we will find that this is the natural result of the condition - the feeling as of a closing in, or smothering.

23. (Q) Is it bad for me to drink a highball or beer occasionally? (A) Bad under the present conditions, especially.

24. (Q) Can anything be done to get rid of the moles on my face? (A) These may be removed by an electric needle, but we would not undertake such until there is a bettered condition in the blood supply. Do these things, for the better condition of this body.

25. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See extra sheet [which was enclosed] of directions for Dr. M. L. Richardson, Banker's Trust Bldg., Norfolk, Va. See extra sheet [which was enclosed] of directions for whoever gives the fume baths and massages.)
