Time of Reading London, S.W.I., 3:20 to 3:40 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. England. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1144].

2. As we find, disturbing conditions arise from improper reactions in the adrenals or the glands that make for the assimilations towards secretions or activity in keeping a balance between the iodines and potassiums through the system.

3. Hence there has been caused through such lack a tautening of the tendons and the forces of the body as to prevent their normal activity.

4. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [1144] we are speaking of, present in this room:

5. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, there is the indication of a strain upon the portions of the system in the assimilation, by the very manner of the divisions of the hormones and the effluvia that produce an activity through the lymph circulation.

6. Hence we have quite a variation in the superficial and the deeper circulation. This makes for periods when the body tires easily, and when there are the inabilities for the proper rest from even the activities that may be normal for the body - WITHOUT a great deal of exercise as to make for physical tiredness.

7. In the activities of the variation in this circulation, we find there would even be indicated a variation in the pulsation at the vagus center (or at the neck) and at the extremities (or in the wrist or ankle). These show the variation in a superficial and the deep circulation.

8. IN THE NERVE FORCES OF THE BODY, here we find the causes that in times back have produced this pressure, that first made for those inclination or pressures that brought about the inactivity of the glandular forces as related to the assimilating centers of the duodenum and the adrenals.

9. For a pressure in the coccyx area of the cerebrospinal

1144-1 Page 2

system or nerves makes for this tendency of a heaviness across the sacral area, and for a tenseness through the abdominal area at times.

10. IN THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, brain forces are very good. The reflexes from same to the sympathetic system are very good, considering the variation in the circulations and the lack of the lymph being sufficient for the removal through the drainages that should be activative from impulses in the ganglia along the cerebrospinal system. Yet these, as we find, have been - from those activities of the body - the determinations through the mental forces; not to be controlled by outside influences but rather to control same.

11. Those activities of the bronchi, the lungs, the larynx, save sympathetically through the activities of the circulations in their variation, are very good; though the body becomes rather susceptible to influences that may be of high or a low pressure; that is, for those activities as indicated that make for the variation in the functioning of the circulatory forces, of which all these portions are a part. But ORGANICALLY these are very good.

12. Heart's activity, as may be indicated from a variation in the circulation, is not high; neither is the pressure high - but these are not indications of an affectation through same.

13. Digestive tract and those activities of the liver, pancreas and spleen, under the stresses of the lack of the functioning in the glandular forces and the variations in the superficial and the deeper circulation (the lack of the lymph), these become INACTIVE at times. Thus there is the necessity for the ministrations through diets or medication for their activity. However, organically these are rather slow than being organically disturbed; they are FUNCTIONALLY disturbed at times.

14. THEN, IN MAKING THOSE CHANGES THAT WE FIND NECESSARY TO CORRECT THESE CONDITIONS, before they become more and more involved in the functioning of the glands and the secretions that produce more and more an unbalance:

15. We would add to the system those elements in such ways and manners as to bring for the body a proper balance in the distribution of the energies through assimilating forces, and an activity to the glandular forces in such measures as to improve their BASIC activity for the body.

16. First, we would begin, then, with the FUME BATHS; that is, heating the body in the cabinet - but DO NOT raise the temperature in same too high above the BODILY temperature, or not above a hundred and one (101). And with the heat add the fumes from equal portions of Compound Tincture of

1144-1 Page 3

Benzoin and witchhazel; preferably heat these and let the fumes rise upon the body during the period of the bath. This done once a week should be sufficient.

17. Following same there should be a thorough rubdown AND massage (not a correction but a massage, as from a masseuse), with oils that would be combined in such a manner: Equal parts Tincture of Myrrh, Olive Oil and Tincture of Benzoin (NOT Compound Tincture for this). Heat the Olive Oil, add the Myrrh and then the Benzoin. This combination should be massaged into the body, with a general rubdown, so as to FEED the nerve centers and especially those ganglia across the sacral and coccyx area, and in the 9th dorsal and in the plexus area between the shoulders - or the 2nd and 3rd dorsal and the first axis in the upper cervical area.

18. For one hour each day we would use the vibrations of the Radio-Active Appliance that may be prepared so as to add to the body the Chloride of Gold. The proportions for THIS body would be only one grain to one ounce of Distilled Water. Use about three ounces of the solution in such an application. The attachments would be made to the extremities of the body, you see; opposite extremities.

19. In the matter of the diet, keep to those things that carry more and more of the vitamins that make for the activity of the structural portions of the body itself.

20. And we will find that in six to ten months there would be much nearer to normal conditions.

21. Ready for questions.

22. (Q) What about the present treatment and diet? (A) The diet is very good. These treatments as we have indicated added to those being used will make them more efficient for the body.

23. (Q) The body should continue the present treatment, then? (A) Continue same, but do not neglect these suggestions here.

24. (Q) What about the pocket in the bowel? Can anything be done about that? (A) We find, with the proper massage, with the proper activity of the glandular forces that are so slow - and through the lymph circulation, this will be reached. The disturbance in the bowel, as we find, is more the LACK of lymph flow than a pocket. It is an adherence, though not stable or stationary. Do these things and,a s we find, we will bring for this body a much nearer normal force.

25. We are through for the present.
