Time of Reading 4:10 to 4:25 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1151]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, in some respects conditions show an improvement; in others there is in the present rather the acute condition arising from superacidity in the system - and the disturbances as arise from impingements in the upper cervical or upper dorsal and cervical area, that produce irritation, causing the cough and the inflaming of the mucous membranes of throat and head at times.

3. These then as we find need the local attention as well as the keeping of much that has been indicated for the general building up of the body.

4. Then these are the conditions as we find them with this body in the present:

5. As indicated, the acidity makes for this irritation - and affects through the subluxations the mucous membranes of throat and head; chilliness at times in the lower limbs and a tendency for a little aching through portions of the body; producing a greater irritation to the left limb that at times has given and does give discomfort, owing to these corrections needed in the lumbar and sacral area.

6. In not being able to carry out those suggestions for the correct vibrations creaated, or to correct the vibrations for the body with the use of the Radio-Active Appliance, we will find that whenever it is possible the use of this consistently will be beneficial to the whole of the system - and we would use same.

7. Also whenever there IS the ability we would have even a little of the watermelon seed tea. Not great quantities, but that we may keep sufficient activity from the vibrations that this produces in the system for there to be a cleansing of the kidneys and the activity of the hepatic circulation from the very action of these properties in the system.

8. Take also the osteopathic adjustments, that have been indicated; making those specific corrections in the upper

dorsal and cervical area and especially through the 3rd cervical and the vagus center - that is, about throat and neck. And the corrections gradually, not too much at once, in the sacral and lumbar area for those tendencies for the accumulations through the lymph. The same as has been indicated, or Dr. Schoelles, would be very well. When in other cities or places the treatments may be directed by the one giving such adjustments giving directions for others in the same profession.

9. For the immediate condition of the mucous membranes and for the cough, we would prepare a lotion or compound in this way and manner. This may be prepared in the home if so desired.

10. To 2 ounces of Pure Strained Honey add 2 ounces of Distilled Water. Let this come to a boil, and strain or skim off the refuse forces as arise. Do not boil too long. Set aside to cool. When nearly cool, add - IN THE ORDER NAMED: Pure Apple Brandy....................1 ounce, Syrup of Sarsaparilla Compound.....1/2 ounce, Syrup of Horehound.................1/2 ounce, Syrup of Lobelia...................1/4 ounce, Syrup of Ipecac......................1 ounce (This is rather a large quantity of this, but these combined with the other properties, well shaken together, will work with the mucous membranes to relieve the disturbance; PROVIDED the manipulations are given as indicated).

11. The dose of this would be one-half teaspoonful, or just a little sip from the bottle, that may be carried and taken, not closer than an hour apart - the doses. But this will relieve the coughs of a morning and during the evening, will make for rest, and will act as not only an assistant in the eliminations but for drainages throughout the system.

12. Do these and as we find, not only the local or acute conditions may be aided but the general health and general welfare.

13. And in all of its applications of the mechanical nature or the medicinal properties, not these as curatives but know each only creates - and see them as they are being taken, or as they are being administered, creating - an attunement with the Divine within. For no medicine, no appliance, cures. It only attunes the body for the activity of the living forces and living vibrations within the human system. For every element that is necessary for the sustaining of health and of the coordination of same may be created within the body if each portion is coordinating one with another.

14. Then let the meditations be, ever, "Use me, O Father, as

1151-5 Page 3

Thou seest that I may, as Thy servant, minister to the needs of my fellow man."

15. Ready for questions.

16. (Q) Is Dr. Schoelles, osteopath in ..., capable of treating me, and should I proceed with further osteopathic treatments? (A) Capable; but as has been indicated, it is very well to have from Dr. Schoelles the instructions to others wherever the body may be; and in such a manner may there be kept then, when possible, the closer approach to keeping a balance and counterbalance of the physical forces of the body.

17. We are through for the present. Copy to Self, through Wife (two copies; one for Dr. " " Ass'n file Schoelles)
