1. EC: Yes - close to the corner window.

2. We have the body, [1151]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, there are still those disturbances that might be equalized if there would be the consistent use of the Appliance for the circulatory forces of the body.

4. We find, too, there are some irritations in the bronchi and larynx, or the plexus from which the bronchi, throat and larynx receive their impulses - or that portion of the vagus center that arises from the lower cervical and the first of the dorsal, or 1st and 2nd dorsal plexus. The stimulation of these centers would aid in clarifying the blood forces through the lung areas, and in the lymph flow through the bronchi and larynx and throat in a much more - well, it might be said - ORDERLY manner, or even flow - and there would be a lack of that irritation that arises there at times.

5. Such stimulation, of course, as we find may best be done mechanically - that is, osteopathically.

6. We find, too, that there should be attention to those areas indicated, from which there are the disturbances in the lower limbs - especially in the left limb. [Phlebitis?]

7. Hence:

8. We would find it well to have occasionally the Hydrotherapy treatments; these not taken as just ordinarily - or, that is, "Well, on Friday I must always go to take this, or on Tuesday I must always go to take this," but once a week, according to the CONVENIENCES FOR THE BODY, we would have a Hydrotherapy treatment.

9. We would have the Sweats WITHOUT heating the body; that is, the Fume Baths. Not that these do not raise the pulsation, but they do not HEAT the body so much. And always with such Fume Baths we would use the Oil of

1151-11 Page 2

Wintergreen in the vapor cup, so that the fumes of same settle over the body. Such a Cabinet Fume Bath will not raise the pulsation so much as the other types of Sweat Baths. Have a thorough rubdown after same; salt rub, and occasionally the Pine Oil rub - these will make for better reactions and keep a normal balance with this body.

10. Then occasionally also - that is, once a month, or perhaps once in two months - have a colonic irrigation.

11. Thus we will keep down those inclinations for accumulations that may make for disturbances between the liver and the heart, the liver and the kidneys.

12. Ready for questions.

13. (Q) Where can he get the Fume Baths with Oil of Wintergreen? (A) In ANY place where WELL-ORDERED Hydrotherapy treatments are given.

14. (Q) Should he stop smoking? (A) If the smoking is more in moderation, it would be better.

15. (Q) Should he take violet ray sun baths? (A) As we find in the activities of the body, the Hydrotherapy treatments would be preferable to attempting to take violet ray sun baths. Not that these should never be taken. But if the body feels like it or has the inclination to take same, in those environs that are pleasing, then take it - but don't run off somewhere to take one! Take it at home, or in those environs that make for the whole expression of relaxation. These are better.

16. (Q) Should he use the Radio-Active Appliance? (A) As has been indicated, this used consistently will be MUCH preferable; and for THIS body it should be used EVERY day that it is plausible or possible - just before retiring.

17. (Q) For how long a period? (A) Just keep on! Whenever it is possible - and the application would be from thirty minutes to an hour, this is not too long. But do not allow it to remain on for SEVERAL hours! Let the attachments circulate the body, as has been indicated.

18. (Q) Should Squibb's Yeast tablets be taken? (A) These are very well for the body occasionally, but do not become DEPENDENT upon them!

19. (Q) Abbot's Dulcet Bar Dicalcium Phosphate, plain? (A) This is not harmful; this is beneficial at times, but ONLY at times should the body take same. We would by taking it too often increase too much those influences that are to be carried off by the activities of the very portions of the system as indicated. When taken,

1151-11 Page 3

let it be when the body has been OVERTIRED or overanxious, and has the opportunity to REST sufficient for the reaction. The activities of such upon the system become clogging rather than helpful forces in the body, if taken under those periods when the body is mentally anxious or the body is over-physically active in movements about. It would be rather then as this: When there are periods of relaxation, for a day or the like, and the body has the opportunity to rest, then these taken would become as a builder-up that is stimulating or aiding to the body in keeping the proper tone - or, as it may be said, the proper chemical balance in the supply. Now, a chemical balance OVERACTIVE may clog any portion of the system!

20. (Q) Should he take Squibb's dicalcium phosphate with viosterol? (A) If there is a cold or a sniffing, yes; otherwise, no.

21. (Q) Should he take Ventriculin with Iron? (A) No. There are sufficient enzymes with this body. These properties would make for a replenishing or an oversupplying of same; then we may get too heavy!

22. (Q) Any other advice for the body at this time? (A) In the physical keep along to those outlines that have been indicated. In the mental keep the body constructive, the body-creative activities ever. Keep sweet!
