1. GC: You will have give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions he has submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes. As we find, through the unbalancing in the system in the diet, there have been inclinations towards more acidity than ordinary.
3. Thus the body becomes subject to colds or congestion; affecting the body especially through the superficial circulation; producing an itch or rash that at times has been rather irritating - at others just terrifying without any particular show or sign of irritation.
4. As we find then, keep a normal balance, as much as practical, with the diets that keep more towards the alkalin reaction; especially through the winter or the cold and congestion periods.
5. Use Upjohn's Citrocarbonate at times; this will be most effective in aiding to keep such a balance.
6. We would have two or three DEEP adjustments made in the areas from the 9th dorsal to the end of the spine. This will make for the better assimilation and elimination, and aid in keeping the body conditions in better shape.
7. When there is the irritation on the body or limbs, from the sudden changes, use the D.D.D. as an application to the superficial portions of such - and find great relief.
8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) Should he take watermelon seed tea? (A) This is very well, but if the corrections are made now, the Citrocarbonate - with the effect of the nitre there - will be sufficient; and aid in another direction also.
10. (Q) Should he take Codiron? (A) Not for this particular body.
11. (Q) Atomidine? (A) This is very well occasionally, but here the body would find it better to weaken same and use as a gargle

occasionally; this would be more effective than taking it internally.
12. (Q) Should he cut down on his red meats? (A) This is desirable, especially under the condition where congestion affects the circulation to the heart and liver.
13. (Q) Any suggestions to help him reduce in weight? (A) Drink grape juice before the meal, and he won't eat near so much!
14. (Q) About how much before each meal? (A) One-third water and the rest grape juice, or one-fourth water and the rest pure grape juice. Four to six ounces about half an hour before the meal.
15. (Q) Three times a day? (A) Three times or even four times a day; before each meal and before retiring! Welch's is the better.
16. (Q) What about high irrigations? (A) Whenever there is the inclination for cold, by all means have the colonic irrigations. Body-temperature, and with the cleansing forces of an alkalin nature in the last waters.
17. (Q) Is it well for him to reduce his weight? (A) Only by such as the nature indicated; not by attempting to diet or overexercise in given directions.
18. (Q) Should he go to 210? (A) This would be very well - or even a little less, but not too much.
19. (Q) Should he go to a doctor for advice in reducing? (A) Well - "wouldn't listen at him if I went!"
20. (Q) Any other advice? (A) Keep the mental attitude towards the constructive forces of every nature in body, mind, soul. For indeed the body is the temple, and there ye may meet Him.
