Time of Reading 10:35 to 10:45 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.

1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [1151], N.Y.C., and you will answer the questions he has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes - we have these environs and those activities, and the enquiring mind. Ready for questions for [1151].

3. (Q) Is the time propitious for [1151] to effect satisfactory settlement of the [1265] - [1266] family controversy? (A) As we find, circumstances and conditions that are arising may be used as the means of EFFECTING, we might say, a truce; or to be used as a means for the basis for an amicable settlement.

As to whether this may be accomplished in the present - we have two very hardheaded men to deal with!

4. (Q) Should he attempt buying in Debentures privately for $800,000, or less? (A) As we find, while there have been some activities in this direction, it seems that it must go THROUGH its present activity. But if there is the ability to salvage same from the necessary proceedings, it would be very well. But unless there can be a united effort on the part of the antagonistic influences, this would still - unless reorganized - become a great burden.

5. (Q) Have you any other suggestions to offer as to how this matter may be equitably disposed of? (A) As indicated, unless there can be some "give and take" on the part of the confusions, or the disturbing factors, it must necessarily be sold, reorganized, revamped.

6. We are through for the present.
