In the lobby of Time of Reading the Parker House, 3:50 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Boston, Mass.

1. GC: You will have before you the body and enquiring mind of [1151], who is in the lobby of the Parker House, Boston, Mass., and who seeks information, advice and guidance as to his mental and material affairs. You will answer the questions he has submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes - we have the body and the enquiring mind, [1151].

3. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) Am I, respecting my publication business, proceeding in accordance with my mission of "I Am My Brother's Keeper"? (A) As we find, the general policy - and most of those about the body are mindful of, and in the most part active in, "I am My Brother's Keeper." Very well is the application then being made in that direction of creating, through the activities of the Journal, an atmosphere, an awareness of "I Am My Brother's Keeper." And as there is more and more thought and purpose given in that direction, greater will be the mental satisfaction, the material blessings, and the spiritual understanding in this material world.

5. (Q) Have you any further advice to give me on this matter? (A) As just indicated, keep in that way.

6. (Q) Am I wise in making permanent arrangements with Edgar Criswell of Brooklyn, N.Y., as circulation manager of the Savings Bank Journal; or should his services be terminate? (A) When there has been a choice made of one that keeps - mentally and actively - more in accord with the ideals and purposes of this Journal, be very well to replace. Not wholly as yet in accord.

7. (Q) Will it be satisfactory, sound and successful for the [1266] Rubber Co. to proceed with E. H. Rollins & Son of N.Y. for a capital reorganization financing on an equity basis; or should the financing be done on a debt basis

through insurance company? (A) As we find, if those policies are adhered to which have been indicated in connection with this organization, and there is still retained in the [1266] organization sufficient of the stock or holdings to control, on the first basis - rather than the debt basis - would be the preferable manner. While as we find there are those conditions, as in connection with Rollins & Son, that may not altogether be in keeping with the policies of the entity, as we find these will be WELL FOR those in that organization. Hence we would find that would be the better plan.

8. (Q) Would it be wise and profitable for me to engage in purchasing [1266] stock as a method of liquidating my obligations and for the care of my family? (A) If this reorganization is perfected and if it is done upon the plan as just indicated, would be most advisable.

9. (Q) Is Lloyd S. Carter to be trusted in this respect? (A) To be trusted.

10. (Q) Is it wise at present to seek to sell the Midland Continental Railroad, or should I await a more propitious time? (A) As we find, any time after the fifteenth or eighteenth of March this year will be very well to begin negotiations; though it may require several months for a consummation - but many attitudes are being cleared in that direction.

11. (Q) Have you any other advice to give me at this time? (A) Much might be given. Best apply step by step that indicated, and as is made aware in the consciousness of self and its dealings with problems at this time. Then, again and again, weigh them well. And know, as has been given, it is well - thou art accomplishing much.
