1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1151]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, conditions in the main are very good physically. Those warnings that have been indicated should be kept in mind; and the activities should be such as not to aggravate or to allow the replenishing and rebuilding forces through the assimilation to overcrowd, or for the weight and the blood pressure as produced by the activity in such to become excessive.
4. This then means precautions as to the diet, though do not become one so given to a specific diet as to be troublesome to the body. Yet take sufficient of the exercises and the hydrotherapy treatments, with the precautions in diet, as to keep the body physically fit.
5. When the hydrotherapy treatments are given we would use peanut oil as a rub for the hips, limbs and about the knees, especially. This as we find will aid in making for better circulation, and tend to keep away any infective forces between the superficial and deeper circulation - in the nature of a phlebitis tendency, that might become very disturbing to the body.
6. Observing these precautionary measures, we find that we should keep better conditions for the body.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) How many rubs per month? (A) This would depend upon general conditions. When there are the tendencies for feeling sluggish, have a hydrotherapy treatment; including a light cabinet sweat - not a heavy one, the hot and the cold water spray, and then the rubdown. Each time have the peanut oil rub. Whether this would be twice or three times each month would depend upon the general feeling of the body, but at least twice each month.

9. (Q) How can the cough be overcome? (A) This comes from the irritation of smoking and of internal nervousness. It might be overcome by cutting down on the number of smokes and by the rub to be included to the area through the upper dorsal and cervical - of the general nature, as would be a part of such treatments.
10. (Q) Is there a cancerous condition back of it? (A) No.
11. (Q) How long to correct cough? (A) About six to eight weeks - to remove the causes of same.
12. (Q) Shall I continue Calcios twice a week and Acigest once a month? (A) We would continue these.
13. (Q) Shall I continue taking Vitamin-plus capsules daily for a time. (A) We do not find these in the present necessary. These may be necessary when there is cold, but in the present - or for the next six weeks - no.
14. (Q) Is dental work advisable? (A) Dental work IS advisable.
15. (Q) What are the correct amounts of meat per week? (A) This would depend upon the character and the circumstance under which same is taken. This should be considered, by this body, from the measures that have been indicated: There are periods when, if time is taken, under pleasant circumstances or surroundings, three to four to six ounces would not be too much meat for a day. Then there are periods when half an ounce would be detrimental to the body, if taken under exciting circumstances or not well masticated. It would also depend upon the divisions as to the characters used, and how prepared; also as to whether it is fish, fowl, lamb, beef, pork or wild game. For this body, any wild game is preferable to most other meats; yet the periods are such that rarely can these be a part of the diet. But all of this would depend. Do not become subject to a diet in the sense that "I can't eat meat today, or I can't eat it until Wednesday," but rather see that each piece of meat taken is well cooked, well masticated, and that it is never taken under excitement - or never bolted.
16. (Q) Have you further suggestions for me? (A) Be mindful about the eliminations, and do not allow the blood pressure to become excessive.
