Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.

1. GC: you will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. As we find, conditions are very much improved with this body since last we ad same here.

4. However, there needs to be occasionally - about every ten days or two weeks apart - a thorough hydrotherapy treatment; including the massage and sweat, and - occasionally still - the colonic irrigation to cleanse the colon and to prevent the forming of mucous - which is the inclination from old disturbances that have existed.

5. Especially the Sweats should be more of the Fumes than the Dry Heat. We find that the Atomidine fumes would be better, for this particular body. This will aid in establishing a better superficial circulation, and better eliminations through their regular channels.

6. The massage following such a sweat and rubdown should not include any electrical treatments; though occasionally the use of the electrically driven vibrator would be found to be most helpful. This may also be taken by the body itself at times when ready to retire, to make for better rest.

7. Doing these, and then with the general activities and the diets adhered to as indicated, we should keep the body nearer physically fit.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) What is the cause of an intense sleepy condition and lapse of memory whenever I attempt to meditate or read, so that instantly my mind wanders into very strange channels? (A) The toxic forces of the body - the poisons; and as the channels or centers through the lymph are opened, by concentration, the flow of lymph carries the tendency for drowsiness, and there is the change to the wandering rather than the concentration. Hence all of the characters of applications indicated.

10. (Q) Please outline in detail the cure, so I may meditate and read without interference. (A) As indicated, remove the poisons from the system. Then this will allow for the gradual coordinating, as has been indicated, of the superficial and deeper circulation; thus allowing the coordination between the mental, spiritual and physical forces of the body.

11. (Q) What is cause of feeling of empty space for three inches below colon, that often prevents me from standing upright? (A) The pressures in portions of the colon from toxic forces, or the mucous which as we have indicated should be relieved. This lying so long has caused a roughness at times in pockets of the colon itself.

12. (Q) What is cause and cure for pain often around my heart? Is it indigestion? (A) Toxic forces; not indigestion but poisons generally in the system, and pressure upon nerve centers between the cerebrospinal and sympathetic nervous system - as we have indicated. Do those things as we have indicated, consistently, and we should find the body nearer to the normal reactions.

13. (Q) Should I return to method of last year, given thru this channel, of alternating Syrup of Figs and Castoria and in evening Castor Oil? (A) This is very good to be taken at times. These are not habit-forming, and will be found helpful with the general conditions which exist; aiding in better eliminations and in the other applications suggested.

14. (Q) Should I adhere to diet you outlined last year? (A) As indicated, it is very well to stay close to this; though do not become too diet-MINDED; that is, as the appetite calls for things, and circumstances bring about things, eat them!

15. (Q) Are raw vegetable juices, plain and mixed, well for me to take? (A) These are very good provided they are the correct ones. Carrot juice, spinach juice, celery and lettuce juices are very well mixed. Beet juices should be cooked, not taken raw.

16. (Q) Would my health be better by the sea at Va. Beach next winter, so that I may finish my books? (A) As we find, this would be most advisable.

17. (Q) Will my health permit me to easily and happily arrange my apartment in N.Y. to sublet? (A) As we find, it should.

18. (Q) To whom in N.Y. should I go for the hydrotherapy treatments? (A) Reilly's, as we find, would be preferable.
