Time of Reading 11:15 to 11:35 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y.

1. GC: You will have before you [1158] born Feb. 25, 1890, in Akron, Ohio, now at ..., N.Y., who seeks information as to her past connections - in her sojourn as Ruth, the sister of Jesus; as Irene Iradell (?) in the period just before this; as in the 'city in the hills and plains' among the Grecian forces. You will answer the questions she has submitted, as I ask them, regarding her present associations and their connections in or relations to any of those periods - and how they may be best used constructively in the present.

2. EC: Doesn't appear to have been born [1158]. [GD's note: Her husband's name was used, not her maiden [1158].]

3. GC: [Giving maiden name]

4. EC: Feb. 25th - Jan. 25th. Very good time to take it!

5. Yes; might be less confusing if the appearances were in order rather than the variating. We will give as clear as we may from the records here.

6. In giving information regarding associations, also as to the application of an entity regarding associations, it is well that there be some concept of the relativity of activity in any given experience.

7. Know, as we have indicated oft, not all the appearances are given; but those influencing or having a bearing as it were in a greater manner on the individual or in the immediate experience of the entity are indicated.

8. The expressions of a soul-entity are influenced, as we have so oft given, by what an entity has done regarding its ideal in a given experience. For, to be sure, the entity's development in the process of application makes for the varied effects. Hence when individuals or personalities are contacted the same is applicable; and it is rather then conditions than personalities that are to be met in relationships to individuals oft in varied experiences. Not always to be sure - but these should not be confusing; yet to many who hold so much to personality they become so.

9. Did not John come as the voice of one crying in the

wilderness and in the spirit of Elijah? Yet he WAS Elijah. But those very conditions that were as activities in the one experience and in the other experience were not necessarily (though they were in part) met in individualities, or the soul-entity of those that brought disturbances in the experience of the soul-entity in each appearance.

10. So, with each soul in its personal appearance, it has varied experiences with conditions expressed in entities - or the entities themselves expressing the condition, or both. These become then as manners in which an entity may find the study of its associations, when the book of remembrance is opened for such an entity.

11. But as the interpretation of that as may be translated from various experiences, remember that same development that is a part of the whole of creation for its evolution is in action. And these shall not be then so oft interpreted for that as may be termed too literal a translation. For, because an individual may have been wed or an individual may have been associated in activities with an individual entity does not signify that they may be in the identical association, but they will be in a RELATIVE position - if their associations in a given appearance are such as to become more and more active in the experience of an entity.

12. Else, how would the life of a patriarch - or as a man of God, or a teacher - become an influence, save as a condition? Not as a personality but a condition - that motivates through the mental forces of an individual or an entity in its experiences.

13. Thus there becomes constantly that choosing of the relationships of the ideals of an entity as to the relationship of the IDEAL to man's or a soul's relationship to Creative Energy.

14. Ready for questions.

15. (Q) Can you tell me if the following people, known to me today, were known to me in other incarnations, and what, if any, was the other relationships? (A) These may be best approached - remember - by there being a comparison in the activities of each individual throughout its experiences in the earth. To give as to an individual relationships, as to John Smith, James Jones, John Henry, Geo. McKee or any such; is only to become RELATIVE - relative to a condition; and may not be the whole interpretation of the experience of any entity as regarding a personality in a given experience. As in the present, here, proceed - but remember that given - each must know his OWN book of remembrance, and read same.

THEN the comparisons as to the activities of the individual entity as related to actions of such during a given period may be drawn.

16. (Q) First, Dr. [1334] osteopath [See 1158-6, Par. R1], now resident at ..., N.Y. (A) To give the whole association would necessitate that there be an opening of the records of [1334]. As we find there is evidently a RELATIVE relationship. As to what, where or when, without opening these we do not see. But there is an activity. And if the entity, [1158], experiences an activity as related to that in which the entity applied itself in a given experience, it may know better even than may be given from here - unless a record of each is drawn.

17. (Q) [...], now resident in Boston, Mass., and who was formerly engaged to me in 1916. (A) This again would necessitate that there be a drawn comparison, to give the individual associations. To say that this entity had been in almost ALL the appearances of the entity would not be too strong, and several that have not been given when they were closer in their relationship than in the present. But as to where, when and how, we would draw necessarily a comparison - as there are the activities of each entity, whether as to condition, personality, individuality, towards Creative Forces.

18. (Q) Mr. [...], Tucson, Arizona, who also wished to marry me from 1916 on. (A) This again would require - these are as we find in the long ago as during the experiences of the close associations there was the delving into so much of what made activities under given circumstances as shown between the two. Hence we would give as the closer relationship that in the 'city in the hills and plains' - for these answer as a comparison.

19. (Q) Dolly Pam, Masseuse, office 71 Park Ave., N.Y. City. (A) This again as we find had the closer associations in Egypt, in Atlantis, and in those that have not been given of the entity in the western portion of the present sojourn.

20. (Q) Mr. John Hickey, Healer, now resident at 268 West 73rd St., N.Y.C. (A) This in the 'city in the hills and the plains.' But again would require the comparison; for here we have both conflicting and sympathetic reactions.

21. (Q) Miss Helena Martin, Healer, now resident at 50 W. 45th St., N.Y.C. (A) Here again we have these more closely associated in the one just previous to the present, when the activities were

in material aid to physical suffering.
