Time of Reading 3:50 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1158]; this we have had before.

2. As we find, the body is passing through or is in those periods as we have spoken of, as to why and how precautions should be taken; owing to the overactivity or overstimulation of the vital forces of the body, ESPECIALLY as related to the activities of reproduction.

3. For as these are showing greater activity through the system, in the glandular forces of the body, producing those reactions where there is a greater exercising in these directions, we find that these show throughout the whole system.

4. And those precautionary measures that have been indicated from time to time for the body NEED to be adhered to more in the present; that is, so far as the activities are concerned; that there are sufficient rest periods as well as mental and physical activities, to allow the energies and creative forces of the body - mentally and physically - to find channels through which their vital forces may be expended.

5. Otherwise we may find some disturbances that would become very detrimental to the body.

6. This is indicated through the glandular forces; especially the mammary glands, which is created in the activity of the glands of reproduction - or the sexual activities. All of these become a part of the activity in these changes being wrought.

7. Hence those precautions.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Are the diet instructions given me by Dr. M. Black, [Minnie M. Black, iridologist] constructive for me to follow? (A) Under the existing circumstances, and those precautions necessary, these for this body - as we find - would NOT be so well as those diet outlines that have been given through

this channel.

10. (Q) Are the pills, West's Sea Vegetable tablets, Sodeom tablets and Sea-Sax tablets by Mineralized Foods, Inc., Baltimore, Md., given by Dr. M. Black, desirable for me to take? (A) Not so desirable for this body to take as those general precautionary measures as to foods in their NATURAL state, RATHER than concentrated foods or vegetable activities in such forms.

11. (Q) Do my swollen breasts indicate that I am pregnant? (A) Rather that, as indicated, it is very easy for the body to become so - in the present conditions.

12. (Q) Is there any way within my control to prevent this recurrent uncomfortable condition of my breasts? (A) It may be overcome with those natural activities as indicated, allowing an outlet for the emotions of the body mentally and physically; other than - and especially NOT - stimulating them by the use of those things which, as we have given, should NOT be carried out!

13. (Q) Then the body is not pregnant in the present? (A) As indicated, it is in the POSITION for such!

14. (Q) Is there any advantage to be gained by seeing Dr. Charlton [H. R. Charlton, M.D.] in Bronxville this June? (A) It would be very well! For there is a bond of sympathy and an understanding of the conditions, as we have indicated heretofore, better than there would be with most surroundings.

15. (Q) How much Atomidine should I continue to take? (A) This should be less and less, unless there is a lacking IN the activity of the pulmonaries AND the heart. There has been sufficient taken for the time being.

16. (Q) Should I continue taking S.S.S. Tonic, again? (A) Not in the present.

17. (Q) Should I take any more osteopathic treatments this June? (A) These may be discontinued in the present, if there are those breathing exercises kept - that have been a part of another program.

18. (Q) Could I, in any way, improve my diet, or exercise? (A) As we have given, keep to those things that are of NATURE'S activity, see? making for those conditions where there is a better normal balance kept. Not overtaxing or OVERDRIVING the system, but finding the outlets through natural channels.

19. (Q) Would it be advisable for me to spend all or part of summer in Maine? (A) This depends upon a great many material as well as physical circumstances. This would be very well if all circumstances combine to make for cooperative forces with

the mental and physical forces of the body.

20. (Q) What further instructions for the improvement of my health? (A) Keep a normal - NORMAL physical activity, as to diet, as to the health rules and regulations. All of these are better than all of those drawn from fanciful combinations that wreck portions of the body!
