Time of Reading 4:40 to 5:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she will submit, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1158].

3. As we find, there may be said to be, from the general manner, better conditions existing than at any period we have had this body before.

4. While there are still those disturbances that arise at times, these as we find in the general manner are being and have been very WELL cared for. And without disturbances arising that are not indicated in the present, we should find the body continuing on the improve - if kept very much in line with that which is the inclination at present.

5. For as we find, one great help has come to the body in its being able, or setting itself to choose and follow through - rather than changing before there has been the opportunity for the best developments by the activities and changes as would arise from time to time.

6. Those conditions as we find with the change in the activities through the body have been very well thus far cared for. Unless other disturbances arise, this should be sufficient.

7. Then, follow the precautions as would arise from the intuitive and the general activities of the body.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Please make clear in what particulars I am failing where I should be following former instructions? (A) As has just been indicated, the body is not failing, - but has IMPROVED in that it follows through more in that it sets for itself in its varied activities. Thus there are BETTER conditions throughout the system.

10. (Q) Do you advise my going to Dr. Mary Miller and following her suggested treatments? (A) If it is for the white light, well. For other

treatments, or electrical vibratory forces, no.

11. (Q) What do you mean by white light? (A) The machine where there is the equalizing of the color vibrations for the vital forces of the body - which are considered or called the white light treatment.

12. (Q) Would she understand that? (A) Well - she's only too happy, and sometimes too often too anxious to give such treatments! for they are of this large machine, that's new!

13. (Q) Have the corrections by osteopathy suggested in Nov. 19th Reading 1937 been successfully accomplished? If not, do you suggest Dr. Dobbins or some other osteopath to follow thru on these suggestions? (A) The balancing of the pelvis axis has NOT been FULLY followed through. Here, as we find, the Dobbins' method would be MOST successful. As for the GENERAL adjustments, these have been and are very well; though as periods arise in the changes there will be needed some stimulation to the ganglia in the area of the 3rd and 4th dorsal and through the cervical area. But the axis adjustment should be more in correction.

14. (Q) How often do you advise me going to Dobbins? (A) Once in ten days or two weeks; and as we find it would not be necessary for more than four or five before this would be corrected.

15. (Q) Please describe in detail the breathing exercises you mentioned I should follow, in the June 10, 1938 Reading? (A) This as we find is the extension of the limbs and the arms as the body rises for the intake of the oxygen of a morning. This begins by the gradual raising of the hands far above the head and a bit forward. Gradually arising upon the toes, and this of course is preferable with just the toes - not with shoes on or the like, unless those that are very soft for such an activity. As the body rises there should be the deep intake into the lungs. And as the body gradually goes back upon the ball of the foot and the heel, exhale. Well that there be the practice also of the inhaling for Strength through the right nostril, and exhaling through the mouth; as well, for the Spiritual, inhaling through the left nostril, exhaling through the mouth. This, of course, would be separate from the BODY exercises and limb exercise as the deep breaths are taken.

16. (Q) Have all the suggestions given by Dr. Charlton been wise for me to follow? (A) Most of these, as has been indicated and as is seen, have been very well.

17. (Q) Should I take Codiron? If so, how much? (A) Especially through the winter months Codiron would be advisable for the body. Two tablets or pellets at WHATEVER is the heavier meal of the day.

18. (Q) Should I take Atomidine? (A) This would depend upon the NATURE of the pulsations of the body. In this particular body, if taken at all it should be short periods and then long periods between same. But Atomidine is MOST effective in purifying glandular system. And this is necessary for this body. But the exercises purify also, by re-oxygizing the whole system, by the very nature of the positions and the activities taken. When taken, it would be two minims in half a glass of water before the morning meal - taken only for about three days; and then skip a week or ten days or two weeks, and then take again. Don't mix this up! Just have regular periods!

19. (Q) Should I have S. S. tonic? (A) Not if the Codiron is taken. This is much more body-building, much better purifying than the S. S. tonic in the present.

20. (Q) Any other diet accessory? (A) This should and will be found to at times include other suggestions that may be made by the body, for some particular disturbance. But give them the opportunity and leave off others when these are taken. Codiron is nearer a normal balance for most people through the winter seasons than anything as may be or has been prepared yet.

21. (Q) What is needed to improve the sensitive conditions of my teeth on the left side of my mouth? (A) Some local attention, as well as a correction indicated in the lumbar axis that connects with the activities to the throat and head - through the sensory forces in the upper cervical. And as indicated, when this proper adjustment or balance is made, there should be coordinated with same the upper dorsal - or the area indicated - and through the cervicals.

22. (Q) What dentist should do this work? (A) Such as Nover or the like. [Philip P. Nover, D.D.S.]

23. (Q) Where is Nover? (A) New York!

24. (Q) How can I further improve my eyesight? (A) The deep inhalations and activities, and using the head and neck exercises AT the same periods - that is, following same - will be the more beneficial.

25. (Q) Any further advice for this body? (A) Keep that normal balance of the creative forces as may work through thee, in ALL of thy meditations, all of thy uplifting of thine own self for bodily functions. "Thy will be done!" ever the prayer.
