1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.

3. As we find, there is a great deal of inconvenience and illness felt. These in a greater part are bad reactions from an OVEREXERCISING of the energies of the body.

4. We find that real care, following much of that as we have outlined, would be most helpful.

5. To be sure, from the upsetting of the general nervous system, the digestive system, and the pains through portions of the body, we would need more of the Tonicine as a corrective influence for the menstrual disturbances and the poor eliminations. This we would take about a teaspoonful once each day for five to six days, leave off an equal time, and then take again - and so on - until a balance is created.

6. We find that the general massage with some corrections osteopathically of a GENERAL nature; not a stimulating but rather of the RELAXING nature; would be the most helpful and beneficial. Not just an adjustment treatment, not too great a stimulating treatment, but a RELAXING treatment.

7. Do these, and with the general suggestions followed as we have indicated, we should soon bring about bettered conditions.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Will Dr. Esther Bebout of ... be open to follow these instructions? or would you suggest a more desirable osteopath? (A) If properly approached, she may handle them - and is very efficient. But indicate that these suggestions for treatment are not in opposition to those of the general practice; and give the names of others who have handled and do handle such conditions.

10. (Q) What causes present stomach upset and dizziness, and how should it be treated?

1158-26 Page 2

(A) The general RELAXING will be the most beneficial. If there is a fullness, or the tendency for gas after taking food, then take a small quantity of ALCAROID - not too much, - about a quarter teaspoonful; but do not take this unless the fullness occurs. Then occasionally the Caroid tablets may be taken with same, to stir the liver - these will be beneficial; but these, too, should not be taken indiscriminately, but only when there is the heaviness or fullness or lack of activities through the liver area. As we find, however, the better for the improvement is the RELAXING thoroughly with the mechanical (osteopathic) adjustments and manipulations.

11. (Q) Have I Meniere's Disease? (A) Some symptoms but not the disease in its stages of activity.

12. (Q) Do I need Vitamin B? If so, in what form and dosage? (A) It is preferable that this vitamin be assimilated by the system from the natural sources, rather than in concentrated or tablet form, see? All bodies need Vitamin B, and this body especially - because of its energies and its serious activities at times, even to the detriment of the body's physical abilities! All foods that are yellow in color carry excesses of Vitamin B. Then, include in the diet such as: Yellow corn meal, yellow squash, yellow peaches, oatmeal, corn and corn products - but especially those that have been supplied with that to balance same are well; as Kix, as steel cut oats, as the regular parched corn, as popcorn and all its products. These are the BETTER manners to take Vitamin B - unless some conditions have become acute - which they haven't here.

13. (Q) Should I take ADIRON or any other tonic? When and what dosage? (A) As we find, ADIRON would not be taken just yet - with the other properties indicated, especially in the diet. When the weather is cold, damp, and there are many dark, disagreeable days, take ADIRON. The balance of the vitamins here is in better proportions than in most other forms as a tonic or stimulant. When this is begun, it would be taken consistently; that is, one tablet with the morning meal, one tablet with the evening meal, for several weeks at the time, you see - then left off two or three weeks, and taken again.

But do not begin this just yet. As a TONIC for the body in the present, take Grove's Tasteless (called tasteless) Chill Tonic; teaspoonful twice a day. It will improve the appetite, aid in eliminations, and rid the body of this achey, tired feeling. But because you begin to feel rested, don't overdo it again!

14. (Q) Is it necessary for me to get eyeglasses? (A) It would be better if the body were to get eyeglasses to relieve the tension. For, the body doesn't take TIME always to get the best light, or to prevent nerve strain.

15. (Q) Should I get them fitted by Dr. Geo. Ferguson in ... or by Mrs. Bates in N.Y.C.? (A) Ferguson.

16. (Q) Why does it hurt to chew on left side of mouth? (A) This is rather an unbalanced condition. Hence the RELAXING throughout; which includes head and neck, face muscles of the body. These will adjust themselves soon.

17. (Q) Should fillings of teeth be remade? If so, which fillings? (A) These should be found by local attention, that some need replacement - where they indicate there has been seepage around present fillings.

18. (Q) Is my left leg shorter than the right? If so, should I wear quarter inch pad in left shoe? (A) No. While there is at times an unbalancing here, we find that it is rather the PELVIC reaction - because of stretching, especially in driving. [GD's note: She was an extremely TINY body.]

19. (Q) Is driving a car harmful? (A) As just indicted, this is one of the causes of the unbalancing in the pelvic areas - from REACHING for same, see?

20. (Q) Should I take enemas or high colonics frequently, or how better assure daily satisfactory eliminations? (A) When there are not daily eliminations by the nominal or normal means, best to change same by diet, but if this is too slow in its changing, then use enemas. Do not make them too frequently, but sufficiently that there is an elimination or cleansing of some portion of the colon daily. Not enemas daily, necessarily; but if it requires same for a little period - a few days - do so.

21. (Q) Is bone cracking in my head and feet serious? (A) No, it's rather the age and the lack of oils that supply the general activity - which is supplied through the Vitamin B-1 and G and K.

22. (Q) Can it be permanently corrected? (A) This is as just indicated. If you could stop getting

old - but we can't stop time yet!

23. (Q) Any further suggestions as to diet? (A) This has been covered satisfactorily and frequently, so that the body is a very good dietician. Plenty of fruits, vegetables, raw and cooked, are best in the diet often, of course.

24. (Q) Should I eliminate fats? (A) Not altogether.

25. (Q) During this time should a dosage of Milk of Magnesia be taken? (A) A dosage of Milk of Magnesia is very well. This is a very good eliminant for this body.

26. We are through with this Reading. .
