Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ohio.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes - we have just recently had the body here before! There should be the adherence to those suggestions that have been indicated. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) How often osteopathic treatments, and for how many months? (A) This should depend upon how well they are administered and how the body responds to same. As we find, and as we have indicated for the body, there should be a series of treatments for two to three weeks at a period, twice a week; resting a period of a week to two weeks and then again. This is the much preferable manner of taking mechanical (osteopathic) adjustments. The body responds better, and the reactions from same are better. These are not curative measures; they are merely to assist the body to MEET the needs in the system so that NATURE'S activities may heal! ALL healing is of the mental and spiritual, NOT merely physical!

4. (Q) Shall I take either short wave or thermol light treatments with my osteopathy? (A) These as we find in this particular case are not particularly beneficial. The thermol light would be the preferable to the short wave here.

5. (Q) Should osteopath omit any work on abdomen when I am menstruating? (A) As indicated, when such is the case, there should be only such administrations as are beneficial. THIS should be the judgement of the osteopath, by KNOWING as to what IS stimulated, what is allayed, what is the activity and the response from the CHARACTER of manipulation given! Thus it should depend upon circumstances, see?

6. (Q) Is the combined osteopathic arm and chest movement which affects the thyroid beneficial? (A) It is beneficial.

7. (Q) Shall I have Vivienne Bush give me a general massage, and how often? (A) This is very well every ten days or two weeks, and a general massage assists or stimulates the superficial circulation so that structural reactions from osteopathic manipulations would be even better.

8. (Q) Where there are leaking inlays in the teeth, shall the entire inlays be taken out and remade or just the leaks filled up? (A) This will depend upon how much there has been of the disintegration around the inlays. In most of these, as we find, while expensive, it would be better that they be removed, rather than filled around. They may be cleansed out in some instances, as we find here, and this done without removing the whole, but this should be very carefully attended to.

9. (Q) When should I stop taking the Grove's Tasteless Chill Tonic? (A) When there is a better taste in the mouth or the reactions of morning from the general rest periods of an an evening. This is a tonic to allay those tendencies for inflammation through the blood stream, as has been indicated; stimulating the better activities of the liver and the eliminations.

10. (Q) For how many weeks shall I continue taking Tonicine as prescribed? (A) This is dependent upon how the body has reacted and does react to same, see?

11. (Q) How long before I can attain natural bowel movements, and can I do anything different than I am to accomplish this result? (A) This depends upon the diet, the activities, the general inclinations. These are natural conditions that are growths or tendencies, dependent upon circumstances of mental and physical reactions, and of general conditions. It cannot be given as to how many days, hours or minutes it will require. This depends upon the reactions to the general applications, see?

12. (Q) How can I achieve a good morning breath and clean tongue? (A) By keeping up those administrations as suggested.

13. (Q) What is the cause and cure of the twitching and jerking in my legs? Is it muscles or blood vessels? (A) It's muscular forces, from the overtaxation at times in the activities of the body, and the lack of the supply of the nerve energy to supply the muscular forces through which the nerve forces pass. This will be a matter of diet, of quieting the nerves, and of generally upbuilding the body.

14. (Q) What is the cause of a frequent pain, in the extreme lower right corner of my abdominal cavity? (A) Nervousness, and the general conditions as a response from the Periods and the activity of the ovarian system.

15. (Q) What causes the continuous and inordinate amount of gas in my system, and how remedied? (A) As we find, this is controlled by the diet and the mental attitude. Do as we have outlined. These - the diet and the attitude - must be a matter of change according to the circumstances and general conditions arising in relationships to the activities of the body.
