1. HLC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1158].

3. As we find, the general physical forces are very much improved from many of those periods we have had the conditions here.

4. There needs be only those precautions as to the general welfare and activities of the body.

5. These would include at times, to be sure, the colonic irrigations; when it is necessary that the eliminations be aided by purifying the system with such. When these are given, these would be the better elements to be used with the water: To each quart of water used, body-temperature, put a level teaspoonful of table salt and half a teaspoonful of baking soda - dissolving thoroughly. Then in the last water, or cleansing water, use a tablespoonful of Glyco-Thymoline to a quart of water - or that proportion. These solutions, as we find, would work better with this body for the general reactions of nerves, the characters of drosses, and the general welfare of the system. Do not take such colonics too often, but when there is the feeling of an uncomfortableness, or the inclination for irregularity of daily eliminations or evacuations.

6. Then the same way with those properties to prevent and to keep those balances in the activity of the organs of excretion and secretion - as liver and kidneys - with the Chill Tonic, or the combination that is distributed under that name as given. This would be taken for periods and then left off - as would be the other ingredients - the Tonicine - taken at periods. For, these are the manners in which these properties and their combinations are to work with the system. They supply elements lacking in the general assimilation of the system, stimulating at the same

time the activity to induce the system of itself to create that property needed from that assimilated. On the other hand, if there is the continuation, ever so long, the body becomes dependent upon this supply, and rather than the organs of assimilation being stimulated to ACTIVITY they gradually lose their effectiveness. But make the system, as it were, fight for, call for, stimulate to, activity; creating thus the DESIRE for the better and more normal functioning.

7. Thus we will find we will keep the system in a much nearer to normal reaction.

8. In the diets - follow rather closely those outlines that have been indicated from time to time for the natural tendencies and inclinations; not to run after every new idea, but having studied and studying the needs, the lack of those conditions within the body itself, aid in creating the balance - by the diets to keep the normalcy in the system.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) What dosage, and for what number of days, would you recommend for the Chill Tonic and Tonicine? (A) This would depend upon the inclinations or feelings of the body. Take for a week or ten days and leave off twice that long, or half that long. This depends upon the feelings. Remember, as we have indicated, the body is not to become dependent upon these properties for supplying that which SHOULD be supplied or created BY the body-forces themselves. Hence, to say take it today and leave it off tomorrow, or to take it tomorrow and then don't leave it off until two weeks from then - it will depend upon what the body has done during the time, what it has eaten, and what it has thought! Everything becomes relative! They are dependent one upon the other, see?

11. (Q) Shall I resume osteopathic treatments with Dr. Bebout? (A) If there is the feeling of stiffness, the lack of proper distribution of those things eliminated, we would begin again; but not more than once a week - and then a general relaxing, now, for the body. See, there's a great deal of difference between a relaxing treatment osteopathically and a stimulating treatment!

12. (Q) In February and March, when I go East, should I continue treatments with Dobbins or Schoelles? (A) As we find, if there is the consideration that these are to be relaxing treatments - it would depend at that time upon which was the more convenient for the body. Either of these may administer such, if they will be given as a GENERAL RELAXING treatment, see?

13. (Q) Is B-Rite, suggested by Miss Pam, advisable for me to take to help my bowels? (A) Not unless there becomes some greater congestion than indicated at present, if there are the irrigations taken when needed, or as indicated by the feelings in the body.

14. (Q) Would a visit to Dr. Charlton in Bronxville in February be helpful? (A) If so desired, very well - to satisfy the own mind as well as the general conditions of the system.

15. (Q) Any other suggestions for the body at this time? (A) Know that the mental and physical self, in the main, must ever rely upon the choices made by the mental self; to encourage the pleasant; not gratifying necessarily the selfish motives, but to keep the constructive or pleasant attitudes first and foremost; calling for those decisions to be used, and self to be used, as a channel of blessings to others - which has much to do with the general physical welfare of the body. Do not rely wholly upon any one form, but don't keep trying every day a new thing - until each has had its opportunity for expression; and its expression will be according to how much strength or power thyself gives to it, over and through thine own system.
