Time of Reading 4:05 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Ohio.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1158]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, in general conditions are very satisfactory. While disturbances arise at times, these are some general changes and the effects as well as anxieties that have been and are a part of the entity's experience.

4. We would keep rather close to those suggestions that have been indicated.

5. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) Shall I continue taking the White's pills given by Dr. Crum [Robt. L. Crum, D.C.]? (A) These as we find are beneficial. They may be tapered off some, which as we find would relieve some of that disturbance of itching on portions of the body at times.

7. (Q) Shall I take Vitamin E wheat oil capsules? (A) These are very satisfactory; though, as we find, if the wheat germ oil would be taken two drops daily it would be more effective than that prepared in the gelatin capsules; though, to be sure, this may be more convenient to some in the pellets or capsules - but it is not always as fresh, and neither does it act as effectively with the body as being assimilated first with the upper gastric flow.

8. (Q) Any other capsules, pills or tonics I should take? If so, how much? (A) Others as we find are not necessary, if the eliminations are kept and especially if the normal vitamins, A & D and B-1 are taken in the daily diet.

9. (Q) Are injections necessary? (A) Not necessary, unless other conditions arise than as we find exist in the present.

10. (Q) Any change in diet suggested? (A) The diet is very good. We would keep that which has been indicated. We would only add more of fresh beets when

practical, daily.

11. (Q) Any other suggestions for improving mental or physical? (A) Just keep that attitude of constructive influence in its associations and applications in the daily opportunities of the body.

12. (Q) Would it be most desirable for me to follow Benjamin G. Hauser's 7-day elimination diet? (A) Not very good for the body under the present conditions. Be rather straining upon those conditions that are being attempted in the other properties that have been indicated to ADJUST the system, to upset by such a strenuous diet.

13. (Q) Any further advice? (A) Keep the eliminations well, having occasionally the hydrotherapy, plenty of nominal activity, but not too many violent changes.
