Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., N.Y.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes. As we find, conditions are somewhat improved; though there are periods when the body becomes easily fatigued or upset.
3. It would be well that there be the checking over by or through those offices of those that have given the injections; we need a few more of these.
4. Then, the keeping of a regular balance in the general activities would be well.
5. The vitamins here - we would add the B-Complex One-A-Day; but use also the Parke-Davis' Haliver Oil tablets, see? These pellets we would take for this body, as it will aid in better eliminations; at least two a day. The B-Complex would only be one a day, see?
6. Also we would continue the Vitamin E - and the Wheat Germ Oil, but about twice a week now.
7. In the mental attitudes, and the spiritual and mental forces - keep attuned to that never of a negative but always of a positive force. And positive here doesn't mean severe. As ye would that the Father would be merciful, kind, patient, longsuffering with thee, be ye so to others; knowing that the earth is the Lord's and the fulness thereof. He hath set in motion that which is in keeping with His will. Walk in that way; not telling Him how or what to do, but self keeping the way Jesus gave - to love the Lord with all thy heart, thy mind, and thy body, and thy neighbor as thyself.
8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) Should I re-commence any other suggestions previously given? (A) We would keep these injections, and these we would find the better way.
10. We are through for the present.
