Time of Reading 4:40 to 4:50 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Ohio. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1173]. This we have had before.
2. There have been some improvements, and some setbacks from those conditions where cellular forces are not sufficient to create the proper coagulations - and these allow for toxic forces through the body to become as it were rampant, and become effective in the circulation, increasing the temperature of the body, decreasing the vitality and making for more general weakness.
3. These are from the lack then of a proper balance in the elements within the bloodstream itself that add to or make for any of the proper influences in the bloodstream.
4. As we find, we would add to the system each day one-eighth grain of the Animated Ash. This may be taken when the body lies in the sun; not too strong a sun, but a little sunlight; or with the violet ray - not too strong - given over the back portion of the lung area, five to ten minutes after the Ash is taken, for a minute or a minute and a quarter or a minute and a half.
5. This as we find will make for the releasing of oxygens in the system, reducing temperature and tending to make for - with the bodily forces themselves - healing forces in all of these areas, and stimulating those secretions as would make for blood or body-building forces that would be strengthening to the body.
6. These we would do.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) In what way, if any, may the setbacks I have been having be avoided? (A) As we have indicated. As we find, the addition of the Ash in the manner indicated; either followed by the lying in the sun (not too strong a light, that may require too great an exercise) or by the use of the violet ray three to five to ten minutes after the Ash is taken. Empty the Ash dry on tongue and wash down with water; do not take IN the capsule.

And use just the plain violet ray, the bulb applicator, along the spine - especially over the whole of the lung area and the throat - for a minute or a minute and a quarter or a minute and a half.
9. (Q) How may the painful pressure of stomach and intestinal gas be relieved or avoided? (A) These as we find may be materially aided by the use of the enemas, provided the enemas are not hot, neither cold, but body temperature. These will tend to remove much of the mucus that is caused by this non-coagulation and the tendencies for the gastric flow to throw off the refuse forces in the form of that which becomes as mucus. An addition also will be found helpful in the using of small quantities of Glyco-Thymoline as an intestinal antiseptic; three to five drops in half a glass of water once or twice a day - or in a good swallow of water, see?
10. (Q) Would benefit derived from stay at ..., L.I., justify cost in energy and money to get there? (A) Not unless there has been a stimulation sufficient that the exercise does not set the body back too much. But as we find if the Ash is used, with the violet ray, with the intestinal antiseptic - if these are taken properly, in ten days the body should be sufficiently able to make the trip; provided the proper precautions are taken as to those tendencies and that the body rests during the trip - which should be by train, not by auto or the like. And the sands would be MOST preferable, if there are the strengthening foods as we have indicated. And under such conditions, it would be worth - worthy of consideration in doing so.
11. (Q) Would it seem preferable to remain there through August or spend latter half of August in Michigan? (A) As WE would find, unless there are changes that are not indicated, the sands and sea would be preferable to that of internal living - or living away from the effect of iodine upon the general system. To be sure, all of these would be determined by the reactions of the body itself, however.
