Time of Reading 11:55 to 12:05 Noon - Eastern Standard Time. ..., Michigan. (Physical Suggestion)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1173].
2. So many changes have come in the physical forces of this body that it is as new opportunities, for the abilities of the mental and spiritual forces of this body.
3. Much in the activities, as has been indicated, may influence the lives and the experiences of many.
4. Then, in the associations and in the activities of the body, these should ever be kept in the forefront of its planning for its future activities in this material plane.
5. While there are tendencies and inclinations for weakness through the areas that have been so suppressed through the periods of debilitation, these should be kept in mind.
6. Hence, avoid such congested areas of activity where there is foul air, bodily perspiration and emanation.
7. But the body may with all impunity begin the preparations for the abilities especially in the fields of electrical energies and the application of same to useful influences in the experiences of many.
8. But let the theme of the mental body ever be JESUS, the Savior, the merciful companion to those who seek to know God's way with men. For He IS that friend that would ever guide, direct and ACCOMPANY thee, in trials, temptations, in thy joys as well as sorrows.
9. So, take Him with thee as thy companion in thy studies, in thy preparations, in thy thoughts of others, in thy JOYS. For would ye as a friend to man hear only sorrow as each and every word of those that sought thee! The heart of God in the Christ seeks the JOY; as He did in giving His Son that we might know Him the better.
10. Then, hold fast to that which is good in thy activities day by day; and ye will find life as abundant, as purposeful, even as He.
11. For He IS the light, the guide, to all.
12. Ready for questions.
13. (Q) Is it now time for me to return to Chicago and

recommence my studies? (A) If under the conditions as indicated, they may be resumed with all impunity.
14. (Q) While in Chicago, would it be well to take an occasional osteopathic treatment? (A) Be very well. Hydrotherapy might be better, or wherever there may be the exercises as much in the open as practical.
15. (Q) Should Ventriculin with Iron and Atomidine be taken? (A) Only in the dark, dreary periods of fall and winter.
16. (Q) The Ultra-violet light? (A) At the same periods. These should all be taken as props, not as cures but as preventatives.
17. (Q) Any other instructions regarding drugs or diet? (A) Those lessons that have been learned through these recuperative periods of experience should be applied. Not merely as knowledge but as workable experiences in thy activities day by day.
