Time of Reading 12:00 to 12:35 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1179].

2. Now, as we find, while there are some disturbing physical conditions, there are many precautions that must be taken regarding the developments of the mental forces and activities as related to body, body-functioning and the reactions through same.

3. These conditions are rather of the unusual nature; or the body physically and mentally is supersensitive and the psychic forces are developing much faster than the bodily functionings. Or the body functionings are of such a nature that the sensitiveness of same precludes some activities through the nominal physical developments.

4. Then these are the conditions-physical as we find them with this body, [1179] we are speaking of:

5. Here we would find it well that the experiences of the entity, this soul through its experiences especially in the earth, be fully comprehended. Thus we would find why and how much of that which becomes apparent as the body-development proceeds comes about in its processes.

6. Keep the atmosphere, the attitudes of a spiritual life; not as an enforcement but as a choice. Keep those activities of the mental forces about the body aware of its personal relationships with the Creative Forces in its experiences.

7. These we find are the physical conditions:

8. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLIES OF THE BODY, the blood apparently at times becomes lacking in the influence to keep the strength, to keep the activities. And the overabundance of energy as exercised at times and then the periods of a listlessness are reflexes of these conditions-physical that exist in the activities of the circulatory system.

9. For as you find, there is an abundant reaction through the glands as related to the activity through the system of the adrenal and the pineal, and those that are of the

1179-1 Page 2

thyroid become somewhat deficient.

10. These are the effects then of that coordination between that assimilated and its activity upon the body-functioning. And we will add to, then, in the manner in which there may be created that normal balance between these disturbing forces in the physical reactions. However, as we will find, from the influences that have been intimated and as develop, the body-mind and the body itself will develop more and more INDIVIDUALITY than personality; though its personality will depend upon that reaction from that the MENTAL body assimilates.

11. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE NERVE FORCES IN THE BODY, we find these are, as has been indicated through those periods when it may be said the energies or the activities become not as sullen, not as morose; rather as a hurt feeling from disappointments. For expectancy to the activities of the coordination of a physical body with its mental and physical coordinations is above the normal in the body.

12. DO NOT subjugate the imaginative forces but rather direct them into those forces where there is, as has been given, a closer concept to the developing mind of its relationships with Creative Forces, IN the material relationships as well as mental and spiritual.

13. In the bodily functionings - as we find from those tendencies which have been indicated through the lack of activity in certain portions of the functionings, and an increase though not an excess of activities in other glandular forces - there is a DRAIN, as it were, upon the whole of the physical organs of the body. At times the body will appear to be subject to ALL of those conditions that are roundabout it, whether these be influences from infectious forces or from natures that make for a contact with same. At others apparently there will be seen the ability of the body to throw off any appearance of those influences about the body.

14. Hence we find there is the greater necessity of keeping the body in a normal-BALANCED manner, in its diet, in its activities physically, in its MENTAL and SPIRITUAL associations of ideas through the body.

15. THEN, IN MAKING FOR THE ADDITIONS OF THOSE INFLUENCES NECESSARY TO CREATE, AS WE FIND, A NOMINAL BALANCE:

16. The body should have regular periods of rest, regular periods of activity, regular periods of recreation, regular periods of entertainment; and not as ROTE, but as the body needs those activities that make it become more and more with a COORDINANT reaction through its physical and mental forces let same become a part of its program. But let the

1179-1 Page 3

processes be that these are for EFFECTUAL results and not something just to be done because this or that force said so! Let there be an awareness within the body itself that these become necessary.

17. And about once a week, as the body rests, use those vibrations from the Radio-Active Appliance; Fridays preferably. For these will be found to be, if it may be so termed, the "lucky" days, or the periods when there is a closer association with Creative Forces about the body. These then should not be to the body just as a lucky period, or a lucky day; but as these lend a coordinant force of the physical function, of the mental function of the body, they become as in accord with the activities of the system.

18. As a tonic we would take Valentine's Juices of Liver, as an extract, for its activity. Occasionally we would combine with same the White's Cod Liver Tablets; these would be taken one every third day. These are effective activities then upon the glandular forces.

19. In the physical activities, have the body in its exercise to be in the open the most; so that in every activity there is FREEDOM from any restraint in bodily functioning. Not that it is not to have rote and rule and rhythm; for as a portion of instructions through the physical activity there should become the rhythm of the body, rhythm of the rising sun, rhythm of the noonday's expression upon the body; the reactions of the moon's activity upon the body, the mind, the physical reactions. Not that these represent other than influences in the experience of the body.

20. As to the diet: Carrots, peas, potatoes as a combination are well for the diet often. Honey, milk - WARM milk with honey in same. Whole wheat crushed should be a portion of the diet, as well as these others mentioned, because of the balances and the principal influences needed for the mineral forces of the system. Flesh - let it be rather as the requirements of the body; not that it is to eat this or that at any time without the bodily functionings calling for same. But that it DESIRES at the periods prepare, or better prepare itself. For these make for, to the BODY itself, mentally and physically, the different effects when IT prepares as it desires to build those within itself for its associations with others, with its own family, with its own friends. For these to the body are kept entirely separate WITHIN the mind, yet those activities in the mental should be that these are not separate - as God - but ever one, and should be coordinant in the mental and physical activities.

21. Let those of the readings or its developments in the assimilations be of the 23rd and 24th Psalm, the 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th chapters of John, the 2nd epistle of John, the 12th of Romans, the 13th of Corinthians. These become as part of the BODY-MIND, and its development physically, its development mentally will take on new life.

22. For the entity will have many individuals about itself to WAKE UP AND LIVE for something.

23. Ready for questions.

24. (Q) Is Dr. Jackson's cereal a good cereal for this body to take? (A) Whole wheat will be preferable to those combinations in a cereal. Fruits, and the vegetables as indicated, are preferences. Of course, lettuce should ever be in the diet of EVERYONE, for it exhumes that which prevents infectious forces for ANY developing body.

25. (Q) Is there any special brand of whole wheat that should be used? (A) Whole wheat in itself is preferable. If any brand is to be used, let it be Maltex. But the whole wheat before it becomes a brand is preferable.

26. (Q) Any other advice for this body at this time? (A) Let the body understand the information and that given. Study it, itself; as well as those of the environs about the body, those upon whom the body depends, being kept in accord, in attune oft with the body. These will make for not merely confidences but rather those about the body will become as to the body part of its experience, and as an advisory counsel - and GAIN not merely the confidence but rather the KNOWING of the activities of the body-mind in its processes.

27. (Q) Should this body go to the Noyes Rhythm Camp in August? (A) This would be well. But let it have these processes of the budgeting of its time, as it were, BEFORE such experience.
