Noyes Rhythm Camp Time of Reading for Children, 3:45 3:55 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Cobalt, Connecticut. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1179].

2. In giving the physical conditions for this body, the mental attitude and the reactions the body has to its environs and surroundings should be taken into consideration.

3. As we find, the attitude of those in the camp should be so set as to make the conditions and the surroundings AGREEABLE for the body. Not necessarily by petting, not necessarily by making exceptions. But there is the desire on the part of the body for the showing that the body is not only desired but that it has a place, and something to give as well as take from the Camp. Then it would be MOST advisable for the body to remain.

4. If it becomes aggravating, and antagonisms arise, do not FORCE the body to remain in the surroundings.

5. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) Is the camp food right? (A) The camp food is very well, if it is kept as is indicated in the present.

7. (Q) What changes should we request? (A) As indicated, not so many special changes. Just the outline indicated as the better for the body would be well to suggest. Not that preferences are to be shown, but rather that attitude as indicated.

8. (Q) Would SOY BEAN MILK be preferable in place of cow's milk? (A) Not as we find for THIS body.

9. (Q) Should the body discontinue the use of wheat products, substituting RYE BREAK, WHITE RICE, OATMEAL CEREAL, BUCKWHEAT AND CORN MEAL PANCAKES? (A) It would be well to discontinue the greater portion of the wheat products, if these others are used - and they are all very well to be used.

10. (Q) Would it be wise to continue to take one CATALYN tablet after each meal as directed by Dr. Black?

1179-5 Page 2

(A) It would be very well.

11. (Q) Have you any specific suggestions for improving the body's nerve or general welfare? (A) As indicated, if that attitude suggested is shown by those in charge and those who supervise the activities, we will find a great deal of change for this body. Otherwise, we would not insist on or force the body to remain.
